Located in the Pyrenean foothills in the heart of the land of the bear, this renovated traditional old farmhouse will allow you to relax. Not overlooked, with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees, our house consists of two floors: on the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, living room with stove and a bedroom (1 bed of 140). Upstairs, you will have two bedrooms with balconies, each with 1 bed of 140 + bunk beds of 90, and a bathroom with toilet.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

At the foot of the central Pyrenees, come and enjoy the joys of mountain hiking with the iconic Pic du Cagire, bike ride on the Espace VTT-FFC Pyrénées Comminges, summer swimming pool in Aspet or hit the ski slopes of the "LE MOURTIS" winter sports resort (45 min away). The cottage is 12 minutes from St Girons and its shops located on the edge of a rural hamlet Cap d'Erp, with fabulous views of the virgin forests, valley, hills and mountains. With the Col d'Ayens 2 km walk or 3 km drive away, it's a dream starting point for hikers, trailers and mountain bikers.
