This spacious 4 bedroom home is perfect for a relaxed getaway with stunning lake views to enjoy from morning coffee to sunset drinks. Leave the car behind as it's just a short walk to shops, cafe's, clubs, playgrounds and Wangi Beach. Quiet, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed it's an ideal base to unwind and explore the Lake Macquarie region. Please note that this home is in a quiet residential area no parties or events.

Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

Our charming studio is only 3 meters from the lapping waters edge of Lake Macquarie. Just relax and watch the yachts sail by, magnificent views. It's quite romantic to sit in the moonlight and feel the lake breeze in the evening. Through day you might like to try your luck at a spot of fishing from our jetty or enjoy a stroll down the main street looking through the boutique shops of Toronto 2 minutes away. A row of gourmet cafe/restaurants that face the lake.

This was a family home, we prefer to keep it as we remember it for friends and family to use as a holiday home. We make it available for guest accommodation when not in use by family. Built and furnished in 1999. An incredibly peaceful, calm cottage just meters from the waterfront of beautiful Lake Macquarie. Please be aware your luggage needs to be carried from your car park at the top of the hill, down approximately a 100m grassed hill, then back up again. If you have an injury or you have limited mobility you will struggle with access.
