The apartment is two blocks from the Arcata Plaza and Creamery District, near the North Coast Co-Op grocery store, and walking distance to the Arcata Marsh, Crabs Baseball, the Arcata Community Pool and Community Forest, Cal Poly Humboldt, & great cafes.

Your apartment is located downtown, below our home, you can walk to everything you need (3 blocks to Arcata Plaza, w/year round Farmer's Market, 6 blocks to Cal Poly, & half mile to Arcata Community Redwood Forest). It has a bay view, lots of light, & sleeps four (a queen bed & double sofa bed, w/a curtain dividing bedroom and living room). The kitchen has fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, cookware, coffee pot/Keurig, hot water pot. We're proud to be solar powered! Low cleaning fee. : )

Downtown Arcata Studio Apartment is in a fun and lively location just a block from the Arcata Plaza overlooking a popular seafood restaurant and next door to a winery/cidery. Countless restaurants, shops, and the Arcata Co-op are within a block or two. There is free parking in our private parking lot, fast 1 gig/second Wi-fi, washer/dryer in apt, and apt is behind secure gate w/keycode. If your dates aren’t available please let us know and we can add a stay in one of our other two apts.

Located in what locals call Northtown, our Arcata home is a perfectly situated home base. You will find several eateries, cafes and a natural food grocery store all within a two block walk. You can access the two bridges over to the Cal Poly Humboldt campus a few blocks away and just beyond campus is the Arcata Community Forest with towering redwoods. Downtown Arcata is just a seven minute walk down the hill where you will find more restaurants and unique shops on the plaza.

Our restored, historic cottage is at the center of our vibrant community. Just two blocks from the Plaza and in close walking distance (5 minutes or less) to the best farmers' market, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, a creperie, an excellent independent movie theater, an art store, record and book stores, and within a 10-15 minute walk to Redwood Park and the Marsh & Wildlife Sanctuary. Private studio in downtown Arcata. Simple, budget-friendly Pets are welcome. One pet fee applies; additional pets may be approved with an extra fee. After two pets, the pet fee doubles. Winter heating is limited. Indoor temperatures typically range between 65–75°F. Two wall heaters are provided. This is intentional and disclosed — please book accordingly if you require full thermostat control. Very sensitive to colder temperatures are not a good fit

It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful beaches, Redwood forest and local cities of Trinidad and Arcata. Maximum 3 guests, or 4 guests if one or more guests are under 12.
