This is an old Rustic house rebuilt from a ruin In 2010. Restored to its former glory, this wonderful house overlooks Mula , the Sierra Espuna's and Mula’s historic Castle. The town is only a short walk. Mula has many fiestas throughout the year the most popular are Celebrations in Mula planned through 2025/6 are The Famous Tamboras , Santa Semana, Cinema film week, September Annual Fiesta , San Isidro. Royal Decree 933/2021 requires us to collect Proof of Identification before Key Handover.

Frente a la casa hay un antiguo lavador (gran acequia donde antiguamente se juntaban las mujeres para lavar la ropa). Librilla está a 15 minutos de la ciudad de Murcia, 30 minutos de la playa de Mazarrón y muy cerca del parque natural de Sierra Espuña. Hay bar/cafetería y tienda a unos 100 metros. La parada de autobús está junto a la casa.
