Dormirai in un'alcova del 1700 con affreschi, pareti decorate e mobili di pregio, tappeti, patio privato, all'interno di una fattoria fortificata del 1700 in pietra lavica. Avendo deciso di effettuare un "restauro conservativo/filologico" alcuni dettagli come pavimenti, pitture, finiture delle pareti, porte, finestre, appaiono "rustici/rurali" rispetto agli standard odierni. De omgeving waarin het verblijf is gelegen, is ronduit fantastisch. Het terras, de grote tuin met veel bomen, struiken en bloemen én het uitzicht op zee is uniek, een paradijs. Een auto is wel een noodzaak om ter plaatse te geraken, boodschappen en uitstappen te doen. Ons contact met Maria Novella en Federico was heel hartelijk. De tips (restaurants en interessante bezienswaardigheden) die zij ons gaven waren goud waard. Gebruik zeker de opgegeven coördinaten om zonder problemen ter plekke te geraken. Het verblijf is anders niet zo gemakkelijk te vinden. Kortom deze plek is er ééntje uit de duizend, de verhuurders weten nog wat de echte filosofie van AirBnb kan zijn.

LA DOLCE VITA. Dieses Apartment ist einfach nur grandios! Wir haben uns hier sofort wohlgefühlt. DIe Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit zahlreichen angenehmen Details versehen. Die Ausstattung ist äußerst umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und dazu ein Ausblick, der wirklich atemberaubend ist! Alles war perfekt sauber und wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Eigentümer empfangen, der sich sehr viel Mühe gab, dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlen. Wie sich wenig später zeigte, waren selbst die Restaurant-Empfehlungen ein Volltreffer. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Andrea für einen traumhaft schönen Aufenthalt in seinem Objekt.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful & quiet spot in Noto, Sicily. The location offers stunning views & a true sense of escape, perfect for unwinding. Roberto, the host, was incredibly responsive & welcoming, making everything feel easy from the moment we booked. A special mention goes to Lucky, the friendly caretaker, & his lovely dog Blanko, who quickly became a highlight of our stay. We loved having little visits from Blanko. While the property feels wonderfully remote, I’d definitely recommend hiring a car to explore the area. It’s a great base for visiting the beautiful town of Noto & the stunning seaside village of Marzamemi. All in all, a peaceful stay & highly recommended.

Marco and Antonio were amazing hosts, the place is tucked away but an informative YouTube video that Antonio provided was super easy to follow and then Marco met us on the beach to let us in. The place is amazing and immaculately decorated with a super comfy bed. The location is just perfect and peaceful and the beach is gorgeous for a relaxing beach day. There are many lovely restaurants down in Mazzarò but it’s very easy to reach the cable car and travel up to Taormina. It was lovely to hear the live singer from the hotel next to us in the evenings when we sat out on the balcony. It may not be suitable for those with limited mobility and there were quite a few stairs involved in getting to the apartment.

We booked Sicilus's villa for a family holiday for a week. Three adult couples, hence the need for three bedrooms and bathrooms. The facilities were excellent, both internally and externally. There were so many great places to choose to relax outside; we spent most of the time around the lovely pool, but we also used the roof terrace, the outside dining area and the sofas and chairs that were on a patio next to the kitchen. The location is very private, with great views across to the Mediterranean.

Stunning property with the most incredible view. The pool and outdoor space was beautifuly maintained, and all the rooms were perfectly appointed. Andrea was such a wonderful host, sending personal recommendations (we loved the Sicilian champagne suggested), and checking that everything was ok. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing base from which to visit the eastern side of Sicily.
