In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

Perfect for relaxation, fishing and nature. Own boat included, the water is known for good fishing. Completely secluded location without neighbors, but only 25 minutes from Åre. Cozy and rustic cottage with the lake as your closest neighbor – ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the silence. With a chemical toilet, no running water. There is a large jug of water. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
