It's built in 1915 and feels SPACIOUS and TIDY, the ceilings are very high (3,2 m) and it has a lot of natural light because of large window. The place features lots of ARTWORK mainly desginer lamps, sketches of Warsaw and Poster Art of Polish School. Constructed in 1915, this apartment is located at the heart of Warsaw. It has recently been renovated and refurnished to accommodate as much as maximum 4 GUESTS. Within a few minutes' walk, there are many activities, historical sites, restaurants, bars, shopping options, and grocery stores. A two minutes’ walk from the apartment, you'll find the TRAM/BUS STATION and VETURILO BIKE SYSTEM, which can take you anywhere in the city for several EURO per two hours. The legendary Efes kebab is 150 m away. 15 min by public transport to the city center, 7 min by car. Nearby is the famous Francuska Street full of atmospheric restaurants, the beautiful Skaryszewski Park and the green bank of the Vistula River, ideal for a walk or bike ride. The apartment is quiet and peaceful, there are all the necessary electronics and household appliances as well as air conditioning.

Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.
