gave me good advice. Borikua soul shared café & laughs. he really saved my butt, after sooo many attemps of finding an affordable place sonibcan isit my island. if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be able to visit. the a/c works really great. if you go to Puerto Rico to watch tv, the tv doesnt have local channels so you might want to mirror your cell to the tv. nice water pressure in the shower. I wouldn't recommend this spot if your a big 6'5 300lbs person. for those that read the other reviews: puerto rico is very hot so you will see paint lift on many places on any island. YOUR PAYING VERY CHEAP! if your so ritzy go to a resort. please RESPECT THE ISLAND AND THE CULTURE. YOU ARE THE GUEST.

José was always very diligent, attentive, respectful and a great host. As a welcome, he left us a gift that no other host had ever done, in my experience. Great host making a difference. The house is beautiful and was super clean. The pool is suitable for preteen children, and there is even a part that I understand is for small children. The place is super quiet. José was always on the lookout. Completely fenced in, so if you have a dog, it can explore the yard without worrying about it getting out. We really enjoyed our stay. My dog also enjoyed it. Everything was great! Recommended. We hope to return. Thank you very much José!
