Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, all for itself with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with great views. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be more to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature

Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you will live in the middle of the forest, yet a short distance to most things It is approx. 1 km to swimming area and fishing water. 7km to grocery store and 20km to shopping center. It is approx. 1h drive to Dyreparken in Kristiansand, Evje where you can visit the mineral park and to Brokelandsheia where you can visit the small zoo. Otherwise, there is a short drive to the coastal towns of Lillesand, Grimstad, Arendal, Tvedestrand and Risør.

Grimstad: Idyllic summer cabin, animals are allowed

Cozy cabin at Landvikvannet with access to the archipelago via the famous Reddal Canal. Very good sun conditions, early morning to late evening. Very child-friendly space with a large terrace and large green areas around the cabin. Car road all the way up to the door. Inlaid water from well (drinking water from own cans). Animals are allowed. The cabin has an outhouse. Distances: 2 km to Kiwi and Coop, 5 km to Grimstad city centre, 25 min drive to Kristiansand Zoo.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
