Annex v/UiA • Parking • Near the city center and beach

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.

Furnished with older furniture in a new building. The construction was completed in the autumn of 2017. Norwegian dealings from local entrepreneurs. Full wood kitchen done to match old and new design. Entrance door is a copy of an old door from a nearby loft building. The apartment is made with multiple use in mind and very flexible. Here's your room office, presentation tasks, writing room, coaching, guidance and Airbnb rental. There is a maximum of two adults here.

A cosy and comfortable cabin, set in a rural surrounding but just 6 km to the center of Arendal where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ferries to the nearby islands. 1 km to nearest shop and local cafe’ and just 35 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo or 45 minutes to Kjevik airport. 20 minutes to Grimstad. The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.

Hybel på Flåklypa

Liten hybel med egen dusj og hybelkjøkken. Mulighet for å sove på sovealkove eller på sovesofa. Hybelen er svært liten, og den egner seg best for 1-2 personer men om man kan ligge trang er det plass til 4. sovealkoven har ikke vindu så man sover i praksis i samme rom. Dette må altså anses som en 1 roms hybel med hybelkjøkken og bitte litt bad.
