Older detached house for rent. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the jetty and Nidelva in Arendal. The house has good sun conditions and a large terrace with seating area and barbecue. The house is from 1970, but recently made light renovation in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a wardrobe and a 120 cm bed, while the other bedroom also has a wardrobe and a 150 cm bed. Bedding, sheets and towels included :) The house is under major renovation, so the basement is closed off and the parking lot is not finished, but can be used. Please feel free to contact us.

Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably.
