Wow, was für ein AirBnb. Es ist wahrscheinlich das beste, in dem wir je zu Gast waren. Das Haus ist ein perfekter Ort, um in der Mani zu übernachten. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und noch besser. Die beiden Terrassen und der Blick sind atemberaubend. Dazu hört man außer Vögeln keine Geräusche. Ein echter Traum. Wenn man überhaupt etwas anmerken könnte, ist es das Internet/WLAN. Die Bandbreite ist mit 8-13 Mbit down und unter 1 Mbit up schon sehr begrenzt und reicht zum Arbeiten ggf. nicht aus. Aber das ist auch gut so: Die Terrasse ist wichtiger als das Internet. Areopoli ist ein schöner Ort mit guten Restaurants, mehreren Super-/Minimarkets, Bäckereien, die alle sehr gut sortiert. Zusammengefasst: hier erwartet euch ein Traumurlaub

Nikos and his lovely wife Dimitra were the perfect hosts They welcome us with some local wine and cheese, and some fresh bread and pastries All our requests were met immediate response The house was seamlessly clean and the beds were cozy and comfortable It close to Areopoly , Dyros cave and Limeny and well recommended for exploring this part of Mani. Amazing home in a quiet and convenient location. This is a real home place- all of the special furnishings, art, and photos make this home more special. It is a walk to Gytheion and the beach in Mavrovouni Beach, about 30 minutes each way and obviously the way back is uphill- but a very nice walk (especially after eating a big meal). This area is so nice and peaceful. Avra provides anything you may need at the home- towels, cooking essentials, food, snacks and drinks! What a great place to stay!

Absolutely amazing stay in a remote and very quiet area 🌟 The house was beautiful – spacious, clean, and very well equipped – but the true highlight were the spectacular views. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The pool was perfect – refreshing, really spacious, and ideally positioned to soak in the scenery. The host was very helpful throughout our stay. Communication was fast, friendly, and clear, making everything easy from start to finish. We truly felt taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough – we’d come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.

il posto è in una posizione isolata con vista fantastica. La casa è grande, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con una cucina super accessoriata. Antonis è un oste attento, gentilissimo e disponibile. alloggio assolutamente consigliato

This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The house is in the most stunning location with fantastic views across the bay…and the beach is just a few steps down the olive grove. The pool and house are lovely and contained all we needed. Regula was a friendly & welcoming host and it was a joy to stay in her beautiful house. We will be back. Thoroughly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Casa Antica - precisely what we wanted and location was fantastic. It is exactly as shown - a very creative and sympathetic conversion of an attractive old house - keeps the character of the old with a super up to date / high quality interior and everything we needed (including good aircon throughout). Three good sized double bedrooms. 20 min walk (downhill) to Stoupa which is a good beach for swimming with plenty of restaurants / shops. Check-in / check-out really well handled - we were met on the main road and guided to the house (necessary as is through a short but complex set of very narrow roads; parking right next to house). Very quiet environs, pool was perfect for us (4 people including two teenagers) and outside kitchen is a small west facing terrace with an amazing view over coast perfect for breakfast or evening drinks.

SPECTACULAR!!! This is an unforgettable home with a spectacular view. We did not expect such a grand vista---essentially a 360 view of the sea which is stunning. The pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa is situated on a cliff alongside olive groves. You have no one around you and you have an unobstructed view of the sea. Oh yeah, there's a beach cove that is only accessible from the property! We only saw one family using it other than us while we were there so it was basically a private beach...We never left the property! The kids loved it and the beach is secured by a cove so we did not have to worry about the waves. This is a HUGE villa and can accommodate up to 8. There is plenty of hot water with a strong stream of water (which is unusual in Greece). I cannot rate this property highly enough. It is simply spectacular. The host Stefanos is readily available for any requests and is amazing. We also used the private tennis court to up our game. UNBELIEVABLE DEAL!!!

בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

Absolutely beautiful villa! Both the owner and manager were wonderful and friendly! The villa had an amazing view, was pristine and perfectly located for a relaxing vacation but within driving distance of some great attractions. The few times we had questions they were answered promptly and politely! The kitchen was well stocked with enough food to provide us with meals when we first arrived after a long day of travel from the US. The owner and manager were both very attentive! We highly recommend this location and if we travel to Greece again will definitely stay there! We also really enjoyed the region due to it being very welcoming to tourists but not what I would call a real touristy destination. In other words just perfect. Enough restaurants and shops to get what you need but no high end retail stores or tacky souvenir shops. If I had to guess this is what travel probably looked like years ago. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

One of the most exquisite holiday experiences in this special corner of the world. The Tuscany of Greece! We felt reenergized and rejuvenated as soon as we stepped foot! It was the best way to start our summer holidays!! The villa is beautiful, spotless clean and nicely decorated. So peaceful and tranquil. The owners are extremely helpful and also great in providing support and organizing tours and excursions for us. We had a long list of activities and sports options to chose from: hiking, training, yoga, swimming etc. We also had a massage on the premises, which was a great way to end our trekking. One of the highlights was the high quality mattress which made our holiday pure relaxation. Beautiful sunsets, amazing beaches, tranquil surroundings, extremely comfortable and tasteful accommodation. I definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a unique holiday in this special place in Greece!!

What an incredible oasis! We stayed at Fenia’s with our family for a few days before we got married at Petra & Fos Boutique Hotel & Spa a couple minutes’ walk away. It was idyllic! We loved our little hideaway. Fenia and the local host Dimitra were lovely and very helpful. The house is spotless and the location spectacular. Dimitra was always there to help and provided us with some local treats on arrival “. It is useful to know that you need to tell the hosts in advance if you need linens on the sofa bed on the mezzanine as they aren’t readily available. A strange smell at some points during the stay and some electrical issues but honestly neither detracted from the stay. The pool is beyond perfect and we would love to come back again!! In fact, if we could buy our own exactly the same, we would :-)

This is the second time we've stayed here, and the fourth time in the area. It is an absolutely beautiful location. Perfect weather and everything within 10 minutes drive. The house itself has everything and is flawlessly presented. We'll be back again.

The location is extraordinary - with a magnificent view over the sea and the surrounding hills. There is nothing around except a few cows, wild goats and some derelict stone stables. The house is about 15min drive from the nearest village (Potamos) throught a steep dirt/rocky road. Absolutely fine with a small SUV or regular car even if a few tricky bends on the way up when car is heavy loaded. Going up and down twice a day for shopping/beach outing is something to think about however. The house is well equipped and we had no issues at all with the solar power. The rooms are great, on different levels, each with their own terrace and feel very private. The plunge pool is lovely. The house gets sun from all sides through the day and it can get very hot - Stefano was kind to provide extra fans for us. 2 accesses to the sea from the house via a 20/30 min steep walk, - rocks, no sand. not for small kids but several A-mazing beaches on Kithira. Remote, beautiful, calm, super night skies.

Fantastic spot for a chilled family trip. The house is perfect, and location is spot on. You can walk to nice pebbly beaches or drive 10 minutes to pristine sand.

Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

Sehr schönes Haus, wie beschrieben, vor allem die Terrasse oben war am Abend sehr schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort vorhanden , Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Pool wunderbar, zum Glück hatte das Haus AC, selbst Nachts war es draußen wärmer als im Haus, zum Strand zu laufen war angesichts der Hitze zu weit, Parkplatz am Strand , Liegen günstig , der Strand ist ein Traum, das Strandrestaurant Perulia vorzüglich, alles in einem ein schöner Strandurlaub

Called Sunset Mani for a reason. Beautiful sunset from terrace / pool. Photos on site do not really do it justice. Had to actually drag ourselves out some days as so nice and easy to stay by the pool, looking out to see and across the bay. Great restaurants in Agios Nikolaos (Elli’s at far end particularly) around 5-10 mins drive, plus supermarket there. Also, taverna marked as Voulimeneas cafe on Google is good (another great sunset view) - sure the sign on road said “Roses”. Stoupa - great beach and good restaurants. Thoughts Agios better at night though…. Visited Sparta and then the shipwreck on eastern coast of Mani. A nice drive…..

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anna's place! The house is truly beautiful, and we were in awe of the amazing pool and garden. We appreciated how well-equipped the house was, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area surrounding the property is simply breathtaking. We were treated to wild, panoramic views of mountains and sea from every angle. To top it off, a pristine beach is just a short 7-minute walk down the hill from the home - perfect for daily beach trips! One small note: while most of the house has air conditioning, we discovered that one downstairs room relies on the AC from the living room and a fan for cooling. This setup worked well enough for us, even in August, but future guests might appreciate knowing this detail in advance. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we'd highly recommend this lovely property to others!

Maison contemporaine très récente avec une grande terrasse et un toit terrasse magnifique. La maison de Monika est très bien équipée, avec une literie confortable et une climatisation intégrée très utile. La maison comprend deux chambres au rez de chaussée (avec chacune une salle de bain) et un premier étage avec une cuisine et salon (plus salle de bain) qui donne sur une grande terrasse avec table à manger et coin salon. Une dépendance à côté comprend la troisième chambre, également ave salle de bain et petite cuisine. La piscine est très agréable, peu profonde mais permets de nager. L’ensemble est dans une propriété très agréable et bien entretenue au milieu des oliviers. À 15-20 minutes se trouve le très jolie petit village avec plusieurs restaurants et bar très bien, et un peu plus proche la plage avec des bars de plage très bien Monika donne pleins de conseils utiles. Une très belle adresse dans un magnifique environnement
