Both parts are well separated by a technical room/laundry room. The rented part is entirely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking lot and invisible to our view, and a reserved terrace part with a view of the breeze. We only share the pool and the fenced garden.

The crocolion is an apartment located in the center of Arès. It consists of a living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed, a kitchen area with fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven etc... On this level there is also the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Naturally considerate, we are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
