At the gates of Le Ferret

Large house of contemporary design, SPLIT INTO TWO, One occupied by Daniel & Simone and an adjoining 90 M² part is rented on Airbnb There are two of us, Daniel & Simone, dynamic and discreet retirees. Both parts are well separated by a technical room/laundry room. The rented part is entirely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking lot and invisible to our view, and a reserved terrace part with a view of the breeze. We only share the pool and the fenced garden.

Studio classified 3 stars *** (furnished for Tourism) independent, city centre of Arès 50m from the church square. Shops within walking distance. You will find the beaches of the basin 10 minutes on foot, and the ocean 10 minutes by car or by taking the bike path which is very close to the studio (about 100m). Find all the comfort for a successful holiday. It also has a south-facing terrace. The studio can accommodate 2 persons. Bicycle rental possible.

Come and relax in our wooden house, 400 m from the pool and 12 km from the ocean. The house is new, all wood with neat finishes, and is 36 m2, it is furnished and equipped. Upstairs, the bedroom, bathroom and toilet, on the ground floor, the living room-kitchen; all bathed in sunlight because it is well exposed and has large openings overlooking a beautiful sunny wooden terrace. Ideal for a couple or single person looking for a space of serenity

Come and recharge your batteries in this charming apartment, in the heart of the beautiful Bassin d'Arcachon. Enjoy a large cozy bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and peaceful view of the garden, a bright bathroom with window overlooking the woods, a kitchen with dining area, open to the outside through a French window. 41 m2 non-smoking 1 bedroom (no pets allowed) apartment opposite the street, located on the south-southeast 1st floor of a 14-unit residence, secured in the heart of Ares. A five-minute walk to the pond, so to the beach and all amenities, it has a sunny balcony of 4 m2. You have a private parking space inside the residence. You can also park your car for free around the building. The price of cleaning is not included, an extra option possible.

The Crocolion

The crocolion is an apartment located in the center of Arès. It consists of a living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed, a kitchen area with fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven etc... On this level there is also the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Naturally considerate, we are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Independent cottage in a small, very quiet condominium. Bedroom composed of a 140 x 200 bed, a dressing room as well as an en-suite shower room. Open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, electric coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster, food processor). Outside, you can rest in the deckchairs or garden furniture, enjoy a meal cooked on the griddle or simply go to the end of the street to enjoy the beach!
