Large house of contemporary design, shared IN TWO PARTS, One occupied by Daniel & Simone and an adjoining part 90 sqm is rented on Airbnb We are two, Daniel & Simone, dynamic and discreet retirees. The two parts are well separated by a technical room/laundry room. The rented part is completely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking and invisible to our view, and a reserved terrace part with a view. We only share the swimming pool and the fenced garden.

A five-minute walk to the pond, so to the beach and all amenities, it has a sunny balcony of 4 m2. You have a private parking space inside the residence. You can also park your car for free around the building. The price of cleaning is not included, an extra option possible.

The Crocolion

The crocolion is an apartment located in the center of Arès. It consists of a living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed, a kitchen area with fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven etc... On this level there is also the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Naturally considerate, we are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Everything can be reached on foot or by bike: beaches, oyster shacks, restaurants, shopping, market, supermarket, cinema, sea shuttle to Arcachon and Cap Ferret. The residence has a bicycle storage room. A parking space is reserved for you. Throughout your stay you will have Wi-Fi.
