Beachfront holiday rentals in Argaka

It was my first time staying with Laura and just found it mega. I feel like I'm home here somehow. Hard to describe the feeling, but it's really beautiful. What's great, that's a washing machine and a dishwasher and even if it was warm outside, it was on the lower floor which is quite large is really pleasantly cool. We were there with our kids and it's mega family friendly. The people there are also very nice. The place has three bedrooms, which was mega good for me because my wife and I were able to sleep on their own, which was very restorative. I really recommend this to everyone to book through Laura. It's pure sunshine and we look forward to coming back for next year.

We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

We had the pleasure of spending some wonderful days at the Kochini villa in Nea Dimmata – an absolutely comfortable house with amazing sea view, large balconies and spacious open spaces. The villa is well equipped: an excellently furnished kitchen, two separate bedrooms with air conditioning and a modern, stylish bathroom. The entire decor is welcoming, functional and designed with a lot of love for detail. We felt like at home from the first moment. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and proximity to the sea and beach – a perfect place to relax. The communication with Evridiki was warm, professional and straightforward at all times. We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

What a fantastic villa, the location is superb with the villa located directly on the beach. We stayed end March / beginning April and very rarely saw anyone else on the beach. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was perfect. The villa is private but had so much to keep my teen boys occupied - a massive very clean swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, basketball court, football, dart board and kayaks. The weather was also good enough for swimming in the sea. The check in process was very easy and the villa had everything we needed. Zacharias was easily contactable if we needed anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

We searched and found an oasis of peace with a pool and proximity to the beach and nice places. Very attentive hostess who was concerned for our well-being. Beautiful garden area with chiller lounge on the 1st floor, large kitchen with living room. We were here as a family of 4 and would be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Such a good experience! We needed an alternative quickly cause of a problem at the previous Airbnb and Dovi answered right away, making the check-in a breeze. The apartment is newly renovated and well-equipped. The neighborhood has walkable restaurants, bars and sights. Bus stop and free parking are right out front. Highly recommended, thank you so much!

A beautiful place at a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with the best SODAP beach nearby and a walkable distance to the city center. Michael was really helpful and has helped us even before our arrival to the place.

We had a great stay we are a family of 5 with a disabled 7 year old the villa was walking distance to coral bay you do have your cross a busy road but it was fine we walked mainly at night as it was very hot during the day the walk was pram accessible The pool was lovely and cleaned daily in the morning plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Simos brought us fruits and olive oil throughout are stay and was easily contactable if needed also one week into our holiday had the luxury of the cleaners coming in to freshen the villa up and change the bedding which was a lovely added extra which we haven’t experienced anywhere else we have stayed being higher up on the hill there was a lovely gentle breeze which helped with the heat a little overall we had a lovely 2 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again it was perfect location and perfect villa Thankyou so much

We had a really nice stay at this Beach view villa. We had a nice contact to the host. She recommended us a lot of nice spots and restaurants! This villa is in a really quite area of the island but super beautiful and a lot to see around. We will definitely come back and if this villa is free we would book it again! This view is amazing and it was super clean.

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

Chis and Uwe are excellent hosts. Their apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was tidy and clean. As we arrived late at night and they were kind enough to left us with fresh fruits and other things for breakfast in the morning. We travelled with our kids and they surprised them with colouring materials and little chocolates, which was really thoughtful :) The apartment offers your own parking space which is very convenient for the rental car. The place is on very good location with easy access. The only minus for us was that the apartment is located near the road, so late at night you hear every car passing by. I recommend ear plugs for those who seeks quiet nights. Besides this everything was perfect and we had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa. The location is quiet and peaceful, so was great for a relaxing holiday. The villa itself was clean and had all necessary amenities. A bottle of wine was also left for our arrival along with coffee, tea and some cooking ingredients. Sofronio was very helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the villa, contacting the owner who arrived quickly to let us in. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Small point though…if travelling with small children, extra vigilance is required as the doors are easy to unlock and there is no safety around the pool. However, this did not detract from our enjoyment of the property.

We had a wonderful time, from check in to check out, everything was perfect. Andrey gave us many tips and information. The villa is very nice and everything was exactly as described. We would definitely come back. Definitely recommend the place!

We stayed 3 nights in Rafaela’s apartment, wich is located in a rater quiet area, although it is right by the street. We were traveling with a rental car, so no problem to reach out there. The apartment is a cubic house in which four similar rental apartments are housed. We were looking for one on the upper floor with a sofa and a spacious roof terrace - which we liked very much. The apartment is not huge, but functional, clean and well equipped. Communication with Rafaela was quick and clear. We recommend the cafeteria about 1 kilometer north. The house is not located directly on the sea, but is set back a bit. The view and the “contact” with the sea are impeccable. We can highly recommend the apartment - great service by Rafaela.

This lovely property is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from Lachi where there are many restaurants and shopping options. The house was clean and comfortable, but the highlight was the outdoor spaces around the pool and the patio lounge/dining area. The master bedroom hosts an additional terrace that offers peaceful views over manicured landscapes and glimpses of the ocean and is perfect for enjoying the Cyprus night sky. Access to the sea was only a few minutes walk to an expansive beach, complete with chairs and fixed umbrellas. Also, worth noting, the staff at the gate were friendly and helpful. All in all, a very nice property in a good location.

This was our second stay at Sunrise apartment and it's so good I'm sure we will return. The apartment is as described clean and spacious, the king-size bed was amazing I haven't slept so good on a strange bed. The apartment is perfectly situated near Polis town (short walk) with lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Polis beach is about a ten min walk, the beach is a mixture of sand and pebbles with breakwaters making the sea safe to swim. Latchi is about half hour walk or 5min drive. The walk is on a pretty coastal path with plenty seating to enjoy the view. Latchi is a beautiful harbour with lots of restaurants and shop. I would recommend Faros restaurant for a snack drink or meal. Last note Fytos who owns Sunrise is the best host I have used. He is super quick to reply if you have any questions and will go above and beyond to help if he can. Thank you Fytos for another wonderful stay ☺️

We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant.
