First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

We felt right at home. The host is very warm. It was no problem to experience the greatest things in Ruzafa and Valencia. All the people were very friendly to us even though we don't speak Spanish. The apartment has so much charm. We could always sleep in. Shower worked great. You could eat very well in the area. We would book here again and again.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

Mariya's house is a 10. You have all the amenities and she is a wonderful host. Our pets have enjoyed the super garden 🏡 The place is perfect because you enjoy the tranquility and you are close to everything... dog beach in Nules is 35 m away, the Sichar reservoir is 25 m away, it is an amazing place, you can kayak, we hired it online from the Sargantana company, they are great, you can spend the whole day taking your food and drink, you can take pets and they will enjoy it a lot, in 10 minutes walking there is the town of Tales with a municipal pool, in 8m by car you have the town of Onda.... it is essential to visit its 🏰 castle and eat hamburgers in the Delicious Burger, you will flip out!!!!🍔 In Onda, there are large supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, etc.) A must-see are the caves of Vall de Uxø, a very beautiful place. We bought the tickets online. We loved everything and we were super at Mariya's house. Thank you for everything and see you soon 😊

Very bright, tidy, clean apartment with everything you need to spend a few days in the middle of nature, very attentive host with very good communication, 100% recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Ana’s place. The house is in a rural area in a nice typical Spanish village. To get to the house you have to drive through a small river. A SUV is usefull then. The house has a pool and in the village are 3 bars and a tiny grocery-shop. The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive away in Onda. There are some nice walks in the area and the small pool and garden is great!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.
