Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

La seule chose à considérer est que les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas opaques, ce qui peut laisser entrer la lumière tôt le matin. Mais autrement, tout était parfait! Federica a été très polie, réactive et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons sans hésiter! ******** Beautiful apartment just steps from the sea. The space is spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bedroom curtains are not blackout, so the rooms can get bright early in the morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Federica was polite, quick to respond, and always available for any questions. We would definitely recommend this place!

Soggiornare da Vincenzo, nella sua Fabula, è stato un vero piacere! Uno spazio ampio, elegante, pulito e fresco. Di notte molto tranquillo, perfetto per riposare. Ho trascorso solo una notte, ma è bastata per apprezzare la cura nei dettagli e l’atmosfera accogliente. Il letto era comodo, l’ambiente silenzioso. Vincenzo è un host gentile e disponibile, attento ma mai invadente. Si percepisce la passione che mette nell’accogliere i suoi ospiti. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante, in un contesto di prossimità tra la città e i sobborghi romani!! Alla prossima!!

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

Our booking was last minute and Kristian was very flexible and accommodating to help us. We arrived for a 1 night stopover with our animals and we had a full car of belongings which Kristian was able to put on the gated driveway to ensure it was secure. The place had everything you could possibly need for a short stay and was comfortable. We didn't explore the local area as we had to leave early in the morning.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

Loved the huge figs left for us!! All the coffees teas and sweets and the grounds around the airbnb were beautiful. The grape vines full of grapes were unbelievable like out of a painting. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

I had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place in Rome! The apartment is located a bit outside the city center, which I actually loved — it was quieter and more peaceful, yet still super easy to get to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Sonia and her mom were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations and making me feel very welcome. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Rome!

Estuvimos un total de 5 noches y fue todo perfecto. Llegamos de madrugada y vinieron a recibirnos sin problema. Recomendaciones de restaurantes y de transporte. Anfitriones muy amables y preocupados!

Location splendida, con vista sul lago di Nemi. Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e molto pulito. La sauna e la doccia a vapore rendono il tutto wow.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Favorite AirBnb ever and we have stayed a lot of places between our 2 accounts(business and leisure). Most clean, amazing style and vibe, location perfect, and mtg the owners was topping in the cake. Loved it.

We have stayed in Air BnBs all over the world, we are currently spending 3 months travelling through Europe and have never met a host as lovely and considerate as Francesco, his wife even made us some lovely Italian treats. This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Kleine Wohnung für Max 3 Leute. Sehr sauber und ordentlich angetroffen. Alles Wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Im Haus selbst ist die Wohnung eine kleine Zreppe hoch gelegen. Sie ist komplett im Ikea Stil eingerichtet. Und das optisch ansprechend. Zwar sind einige Regale im Schlafzimmer oder Wohnzimmer in unerreichbarer Höhe, aber sie runden das gestalterische Gesamtbild ab. Die Italiener haben andere Raumhöhen. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. TV ist vorhanden, alle Sender italienisch. Plattenspieler und CD Player, Schallplatten und Cd‘s in großer Auswahl.Ansonsten alles in guter Kondition. Waschmaschine im Badezimmer auch vorhanden, ebenso ein Bidet. Preis/ Leistung geht in Ordnung.

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево
