1+1 Lotus Stone House with Private Garden and Pool

Prices are per night including breakfast for 2 people. You can have a pleasant holiday with your loved ones in our 1+1 stone house with a 350 m2 private garden and a heated private pool. The bedroom has a double bed, a jacuzzi with a glass top that overlooks the sky, and air conditioning. The living room has a small kitchen with a mini fridge, a sofa that can be opened to accommodate 2 people, air conditioning and a fireplace. There is a pool, fire pit, stone barbecue in the garden. There is wifi, Netflix. (Pool heating is not operated during the summer months)

Villa Wonka Sapanca Our villa, which is 6 minutes on foot from Sapanca train station and 15 minutes from the lake, is designed for you to have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones. You can enter our heated pool by taking just one step from the house and stay peacefully in our house with floor heating and a fireplace. Apart from our 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, we have a sofa on the mezzanine that can be converted into a double bed. (Pool heating is turned off during the summer months.)

Sapanca'da Kestane , çam ve hurma ağaçlarından oluşan orman içerisinde bulunan 2000 m2 alanda 350 m2 lik bungalova ozel çimçit ile çevrili alan içeirisinde benzersiz ve sakin bir konaklama yeridir. Ulaşım tamamen asfalt yol ile olmaktadır. Ev içerisinde bir yatak odası (çift kişilik yatak) ,bir salon , bir açık oda ( 2 tekli yatak) , salonda bir kanepe (açılımca yatak oluyor) bulunmaktadır. Bungalov da 5 kişi konaklayabilir. Bahçede ısıtmalı havuz 3x6x1,5 m, kamelya, barbekü ,bulunmaktadır.

Our 80 m2 house in a 700 m2 garden has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony, winter garden, heated pool, 24-hour hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, iron, ironing board, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, barbecue and kitchen supplies. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done when guests check in. Pool heating is up to 33 degrees

okay, we have a detached stone bungalow in the garden with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 6 people can stay with the sofas in the living room. We have a barbecue and fire pit in the garden and a closed gazebo. There are all the kitchen supplies that should be in a house. Our 3x7 meter pool is completely sheltered. I prefer our guests to be family members or groups of girlfriends. Thank you. Our pool is heated.
