Villa Eden is a cosy and serene located bungalow with sea view in Arillas, with a 20 min. walk distance to the beach. This modern villa and the salt water - infinity pool were newly build in 2023. The place is fully equipped and mosquito-screened with two rooms. A big kitchen-living room area with a wood stove and a couch/bed and one bedroom with a very comfy bed. A nice bathroom with a walk in shower. From the large terrace you can enjoy some sea view as well as the beautiful lush olive grove.

La Casa d'Arilla

La Casa d’ Arilla apartment is located in Arillas. Is a luxurious, fully refurbished apartment of 50 sqm which may host up to four people and which offers free and safe parking. In the bedroom you can find a king size bed and in the living room there is a sofa which is easily convertible to a bed. The apartment has also got a private bathroom and all the basic electric appliances. Offers free Wi-Fi (50mbps). Less than 300m, you can find Arillas beach, several restaurants, mini markets and cafes.

Our house is located on the northwest side of the island in the beautiful village of Arillas which is ideal for yoga, located on a hill between the two beaches of Arillas and Agios Stefanos which is a 15 minute walk. The beds have orthopedic mattresses for a great sleep. There is a balcony with a living room and a shading cloth that overlooks the small green garden. On the front side of the house there is a bench where you can enjoy the sun and further there is a comfortable parking space.

Barras House

Located near the Ropa Valley , in the area of the golf club, in one of the most beautiful parts of the island, amidst pristine and icredible nature, far from the noise of tourism. The domain covers about 12,3 acres (5 ha) on a hill with more than 300 olive trees. We discovered this unique place 25 years ago and tried to preserve the beautiful environment as much as possible. It is like a part of Toscany, with the proximity to Ionian see and amazing beaches.

Witch house Kirki

Kirki is definitely a cottage with a theme. The cottage is named after the witch Circe (Kirki in greek) from the Greek mythology. Downstairs there is a comfortable living/dining room area and a shower bathroom. It has a loft bedroom and the kitchen is next door at the adjacent small building. The details and the ambience of this cottage will definitely put a spell on you! Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
