It is in Saint-Félicien, in the heart of the North of Ardèche that we suggest you put down your suitcases for a stay in our charming house. The house is about 1.5 hours from Lyon, Grenoble, Valence and Saint-Etienne. It is located in the middle of nature at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The tranquility of the place and the beauty of the landscape will certainly win you over. You will be welcomed in a large, renovated house in a fairly modern style and fully equipped.

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Grande maison comprenant deux gîtes permettant d'accueillir 10 personnes dans les deux gîtes. Maison très lumineuse et ensoleillée, avec vue sur les collines ardechoises. Piece à vivre de 50 m2. Grand terrain arboré alentour, deux terrasses, barbecue et balançoire, table de ping-pong, chaises longues... Ruisseau à 500 mètres à pied, ballades et rivière aux alentours. Tranquillité assurée. Une Tour Eiffel dans le jardin, en souvenir des JO 2024 !

For your car, a free parking lot located a few meters away is at your disposal and a closed room for your bikes. Our fully renovated guest house is equipped with all modern comforts with a covered terrace.

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located at an altitude of 86O meters in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and sunshine and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative reviews about the path, we specify that it is a bumpy path but passable by car!

An old farm, 2 hectares of land, four right hands, 2 creative brains and a good portion of courage. Let that simmer for 9 years and then you can carefully taste it. After many years of renovation, the time has come. Since April 2024, our site has finally had access to a full-fledged gite. Completely renovated and beautifully finished, the "entrepôt" is ready for rent.
