Il est entièrement indépendant et voisin de la maison des propriétaires. Atelier Ornela juste a côté du gîte . Nous sommes à 8 min de l'A6. Idéal pour une pause en famille ou pour un séjour professionnel. A 10 min de Villefranche-sur-Saône (centre ville piéton le plus dynamique de France ) A 30 min de Lyon.

Mon studio se situe en mitoyenneté avec ma maison . Tout est neuf et j'ai mis un point d'honneur à en faire un lieu chaleureux pour une halte agréable. ( petit coin cuisine et belle salle de bain) . Le couchage grâce à un BZ avec un matelas Simmons permet de dormir confortablement .Le studio est au Nord donc bien tempéré (avec ventilateur) Emplacement de parking sur place (portail fermé et sécurisé ). L'environnement est calme à 2 km de la sortie nord de Villefranche et à 1km du centre ville .

Stone house located in the courtyard of our house. Located a 5-minute walk from the city center, including Place du Promenoir, and 10 minutes from the train station. Motorway 5 min drive. Accommodation independent of our house but located a few meters away. We will certainly will run into each other. Kitchen and bath on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs. Self-entry at any hour of day. Possibility to park 2 wheels in our secure yard. No parties or events. No smoking
