Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Två nyrenoverade stugor belägna på en stor kuperad tomt med flera fina platser. Det stora huset är ca 90 kvm med fin utsikt över Bråviken. I gäststugan om ca 30 kvm bor du bekvämt men mer kompakt. Finns: apple-TV, internet, elbilsladdare. Uppvärmning eller svalka med luftvärmepump. Täcken och kuddar till 12 personer. Gäster tar med egna lakan och handdukar. Nära fin badplats och ca 2 km till mataffär & busshållplats. I Nävekvarns hamn finns sommartid restaurang och food trucks med mat och glass.

Uppvärmd pool och utedusch på sommaren, bubbelpool som är igång hela året. Havet ligger bara 200m bort och syns från uteplatsen. Vedeldad bastu och kamin för kalla dagar. Trevlig miljö för promenader. Vissa regler och rengöring behöver följas för att använda bubbelpoolen. Vi erbjuder senare utcheckning, kl 13, med tid för tidig lunch eller sovmorgon.

Rent this lovely cottage located on a small hill with the sea as a neighbor.
