Por motivos legales es necesario solicitar a los huespedes en su llegada el número de su DNI o Pasaporte. Habitación muy pequeña, ventana pequeñita, como su precio, celda monacal. Apartamento a 1 minuto del "Metro Colonia Jardín" y a cinco estaciones del Centro de Madrid, luminoso, cómodo, tranquilo, parque o zona verde, "Casa de Campo", el Zoo, el Parque de Atracciones, merenderos, senderos, etc., barrio multicultural con pequeñas tiendas de alimentación. Zona de aparcamiento libre.

Apartamento de 65 m2 recién renovado completamente, con un dormitorio, con un diseño minimalista muy mimado. Ideal para una pareja, aunque también tiene un comfortable y amplio sofá cama. A 1,1 kms de la Estación de Cercanías Getafe Centro (RENFE y Metro). A 35 minutos aprox de Puerta del Sol de Madrid (puerta - puerta). Luminoso y tranquilo. Con todas las comodidades. Alberga mi colección de discos y libros, os ruego que los miméis, por favor, son mis compañeros de vida.

La habitación y el piso estaban impecablemente limpios, eran muy tranquilos y recibían muchísima luz natural, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable. La anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y a hacerme sentir como en casa. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar y volvería a alojarme aquí.

Very nice location, walkable to the metro and the renfe. The host Maria is very nice lady, house is very clean. She helped me carry the suitcase upstairs, and was always smiling. Excellent value for money and a great experience in her place. Clean linen, living space and surrounded by parks and overall- exceeded expectation in every possible way

Ana is such a great host together with her cat, Michi. She is super helpful since it was my first time in Madrid. She gave me a transport card for the subway so I can get around easily. I appreciate that very much. The room and bathroom is super clean. I stayed in her place for weeks and I was also able to do some laundry and cook if I need to. I also work at night and she has a separate room where I can do my meetings and work. The area also is very peaceful, people around are friendly and a neighbor even helped me on my first day when I was looking for the place. Thank you Ana and Michi!

Mon fils a séjourné deux mois chez Raquel pour ses études. Raquel a été très aidante pour la réservation. Elle a accueilli mon fils très chaleureusement, elle a proposé d’aller le chercher à l’aéroport, ce qui est très appréciable. Elle est très présente pour s’assurer que tout va bien et très réactive dans les échanges et en cas de problème. La colocation s’est bien passée. L’appartement se trouve dans un quartier convenable . Il est vraiment bien situé, à 15 minutes à pied d’un supermarché Carrefour, également à 15 minutes du métro, également à 15 minutes de l’IMDEA, à 2 minutes de l’université UC3M. Un immense merci à Raquel pour ce séjour qui s’est très bien passé !
