Holiday rentals with beach access in Årstad

This was one of the highlights of our stay in Bergen. Erik was their to greet us when we arrived, and throughout or stay went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. He was super responsive and gave us local recommendations and also helped answer all my questions regarding getting around the city. The view from the apartment is insane, whether it’s morning or night, plus the light rail close by made it very convenient to get to the city center in minutes. The place had everything needed for a great stay, and I would highly recommend it!

We appreciate all the details Julia put in to make her apartment so comfortable, like electric outlet adapter for foreigners, microwave oven, quality appliances. The bathroom is large with a good shower and a sitting bench. Dedicated parking near the front door. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Quick & easy communication. Good value. Highly recommend.

I stayed for a whole month at Signe's place and wish I could have stayed longer! The flat was super cosy and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the woods and the fjord. The Spar supermarket at Ask is reachable by foot or bicycle. Kleppesto, which is 30 minutes away by bus, has even more amenities including a pharmacy and hairdresser. I cooked most meals during my stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge and dishwasher. Laundry was also easy with the washing machine and drying rack. I had a car the first week (the flat has a dedicated parking space with the best view you could ever imagine) to visit Herdla and Hardanger. When visiting Bergen, it was much more fun to take the bus and boat! When I wasn't out and about, I spent my days reading in the hammock and fishing for pollack at the nearby dock. Signe is really lovely and kind, sharing lots of insider tips and even bringing me freshly baked bread on a few mornings. Her cats Julipuss and Sølve are so sweet too. Thank you!

Clean and new apartment, with a tram stop just outside the door which brings you within 10 minutes to the city center. One thing to be aware of: the blinds in the bedroom are not great at blocking light, which might cause trouble if you're a light sleeper during the bright summer nights.

Leiligheten stemte overens med bilder og beskrivelse. Leiligheten er ikke den mest moderne, men den har alt som er nødvendig for et trygt og behagelig opphold. Ligger i et rolig og stille område. Vertene var behjelpelige og raskt tilgjengelige ved henvendelser! :)

We had a wonderful stay in Benjamin’s apartment. It is in a very peaceful location but still close to the city. Everything is as described in the listing. The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet with a lovely view of the harbour. If you have a car there is easy parking under the building. We didn’t have a car but found it very easy to walk 5 minutes and catch the bus into the city or it was a 30 min stroll from the apartment. There is a fantastic supermarket across the road that stocks everything you need. Benjamin was always responsive. We would highly recommend Benjamin’s apartment if you are staying in Bergen.

From the time I booked to the time I checkout, Gitte answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Her home is lovely in a wonderful neighborhood where we could watch the boats come and go. Thank you Gitte for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home.

We had a great holiday staying at Katerina's apartment. lovely walks nearby, good bus links into Bergen and supermarkets nearby. both Katarina and Jarle were great sources of information and very attentive. Thank you.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Blockhaus sehr genossen – genau wie auf den Bildern versprochen. Beim Betreten fühlten wir uns sofort wie zu Hause: Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis zur liebevoll dekorierten Sitzecke mit einer Schale Süssigkeiten auf dem Salontisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Obwohl wir erst spät am Abend gebucht haben, erhielten wir umgehend eine Antwort. Am selben Abend planten sie Drohnenaufnahmen vom Haus – und als kleine Entschädigung dafür, dass wir alle Lichter einschalten mussten, überraschten sie uns mit einer Flasche Wein. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles makellos sauber und perfekt hergerichtet. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und herzliche Gastgeber suchen!

Lasse and his family were extremely welcoming. The property was spacious, airy and extremely clean and exceeded expectations. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathrooms and enjoyed stunning views and use of the jetty. Just wish we were better kayakers!

Linn fue una excelente anfitriona. El departamento es tal como se describe, amplio, limpio y muy cálido. La cocina muy completa. Llegamos temprano y Linn nos permitió dejar nuestras maletas para empezar a recorrer la ciudad. Muchas gracias !! Esperamos regresar !

Das Haus ist sehr modern renoviert und schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war super bequem, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage am See war super ruhig und perfekt zum abschalten. Uns hat es dort gefallen, allerdings könnte das Haus an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas Liebe vertragen. Die Kommunikation mit Benjamin war super und er hat schnell auf Rückfragen reagiert.

Really nice apartment with everything you need and in a beautiful location. I really enjoyed my stay and the view. Easy to check-in and check out. Host was very kind and accommodating. Public transportation is wonderful in Bergen and it is really easy to take the buses into town and back and they run very frequently.

We loved staying here! Despite us booking last minute we received the warmest of welcomes from Bjarne who provided lots of helpful recommendations! The house was lovely and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen equipment as well being well stocked with seasonings for cooking. Very easy to get in and out of the house and the windows had great views, there is also a lovely garden that we admired. If you get the chance go down to the sea for a swim, it’s very sheltered and peaceful and only a short walk from the house.

Vi bodde en natt i den superkoselige leiligheten. Stedet var lite, men meget praktisk innredet og hadde alt og mere til. Pluss for det ekstra koselige nabolaget.

Gorgeous location. Peaceful walks right out the door. Close to Herdla which has quite a few interesting places like a bird sanctuary and sauna. The host is friendly and super helpful!

Katinka’s place was comfortable, well-located, quiet and big enough for two people. Would recommend.

We were very thankful that we were able to stay at Casper‘s place. He is very kind and has always been very responsive to messages. His place was very nice, too, it felt like home to us for almost two weeks. It‘s also a good location and within good walking distance to Bergen‘s centre.

Great place to stay while in Bergen! Loads of room and a very modern look. Having two bathrooms was great and the beds were super comfortable. We felt that the location was very walkable. Perhaps best of all was that Tonje-Christin was very friendly and communicative and was a helpful source of information! We would stay again.

A brilliant stay in Bergen, location of this property is great as it’s close to public transport if you’re commuting that way. Nice and quiet. Lovely homely space with more than capable amenities to make you feel you’re not just in a temporary space. Everything is very comfortable and clean in this space and you could easily hole up on days where it isn’t the greatest outside. A great kitchen for if you’re feeling like cooking as opposed to eating out. Overall great stay and would happily go back. Thank you!
