The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

I had a special case and a last minute need for a place in Yerevan for first time travelers who were coming from neighboring boarder. Suren returned my message immediately and through out the process was extremely helpful and stayed awake late into the night to provide needed information and his help to ease our stress. I definitely recommend him as a host and someone to know if this is your first time in Yerevan.

A gem of a place to stay. Fantastic location in the city…you can pretty much walk everywhere and there is a metro close by as well. The unit is modern, nicely decorated and has everything untraveled would need or want.
