Lovely and comfortable cabin, located in a peaceful surrounding but walking distance to nearby grocery stores as well as Siikhe lake. It felt like home away from home! We will definitely want to come back.

Couldn’t meet Sonam because of my late arrival but she was extremely responsive on text and was checking up proactively and constantly. Initially I thought it was one bedroom but no there were two bedrooms with extra mattress in the cupboard. Kitchen was there too for us to make food. Location is insane!! it’s quiet and nestled and warm. Geyser, hot water in all taps and, heated mattress in both rooms and an iron provided made our lives SO MUCH EASIER. Loved this stay. I am coming back.

Super safe, quiet, beautiful, clean and spacious home. I was able to have a restful time here before travelling up to the eastern Himalayas.

Yangkee’s place felt homely and comfortable amongst Tawang’s unpredictable conditions and weather. It is conveniently situated in middle of hubbub, making it easy to walk around. You can see the Tawang monastery perched up on the mountain from the roof! Yangkee and her parents were extremely gracious hosts, warm and welcoming. We had a great time staying over and chatting with Yangkee, seeking local recommendations over home cooked meals. Highly recommend to stay at Yangkee’s for a great environment and better people!
