Waterfront holiday rentals in Arvada

Doug and Zuzu were so accommodating and were gracious hosts! We got in a bit early and they allowed early check in, and greeted us with lovely conversation! Doug and Zuzu thought of everything. Their place is absolutely perfect—the best Airbnb we have stayed in! It was so roomy, clean, and comfortable. They had plenty of cooking utensils, baking dishes, and storage that we were able to cook and meal prep. It made us feel just like home! The bathroom was lovely and the red light lamp was a plus. My partner has sleep apnea and the distilled water in the closet was so thoughtful and a relief that we didn’t have to go out and search for it (which we always do). The careful instructions and local guides, all the amenities, and the lake with mountain view made our trip comfortable and restorative. The only downside of our trip was that we were so busy and we didn’t get to talk to them more. We fell in love with Colorado during our stay however and are hoping to stay again soon!!

We loved Diane's place so much it was hard to leave! The rushing creek was beautiful and we could hear its peaceful sound going to sleep, waking up & all day. The private beach along the creek was a special place to sit and read, work or talk on the phone. The short dirt road was flat/smooth so getting in & out and parking were super easy. The paved path along the creek to Pear St. picked up right there and the ~20 minute walk to town along the creek was also easy and very pretty. You can walk or run straight from the place to quickly be on trails up to Mount Sanitas or Anemone Peak & Red rocks which I did on back-to-back days. The place was clean and had what we needed including a grill so we were able to cook dinner there one night. Diane was fast and helpful with communication. We will definitely stay there again!

This was our first time using an Airbnb and it was a great place to stay. There were four of us staying here. This was in the basement of a home, but it was very comfortable and felt private. The bed was comfy and there were many basic amenities which was very much appreciated. There were games for entertainment and a television with an over abundance of channels. The steps however were a little steep, which made it somewhat hard for my 80 yr old husband to use. Barbara has done a wonderful job in setting up this little apartment. Definitely worth the money for the stay. Thank you Barbara!

I booked this house for my bachelor party and it ended up being the perfect spot for us. Not only is the house itself a great size and location, the amenities send it over the top. Over the course of the weekend my crew and I used all the different fun amenities in the basement and garage which provided hours of entertainment for us. Mycah, the host, was not only extremely helpful and responsive but was also proactive with tips and recommendations. Overall this was such a fantastic place to stay. Lots of beds, bathrooms, and fun things to do. Highly recommend this spot!

Nestled in the heart of Colorado’s natural beauty, it was more than just a place to stay — it became the backdrop to one of the most important moments of our lives. The incredibly generous owners graciously allowed us to get married here, and it was an absolute dream come true. The home itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every room felt warm and welcoming, and the views from every window were like something out of a postcard. The owners went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. They were always quick to respond, incredibly kind, and made us feel truly cared for from beginning to end. The lake was pure magic — we experienced the best trout fishing of our lives from the beautiful canoe! We’ll never forget our time here. If you book this place, it’ll be the best stay of your life!

Great space for the 10 of us. So much to do. We loved the sauna and cold plunge. Kitchen space so big for all of us. Nice quiet neighborhood to walk and a park for my grandson. Nice fenced in yard. Comfortable beds. Loved having 3 bathrooms too. Will be back. Had my four adult kids and their partners and the grandbaby and the dog. Perfect place for them to come and visit Colorado. Also loved the driveway fit three cars. Responsive hosts. Thanks. We will be back.

The family and I spent 3 nights at David's place which was centrally located for the region. It provided us a good base to explore the Rocky Mountains with plenty of amenities to enjoy after a day of traveling. The pool/hot tub were used nightly as we unknowingly chose 3 days to stay there where the temperature was above 95. We enjoyed the house from the theater room to watch a movie as a family, the pool/hot tub, and the quiet street. David was responsive with any of our questions we posed to him and gave us a few recommendations where to eat in the area. We were happy with the cleanliness and the many extras left in the kitchen in which we were free to use and consume. I liked that we were 10 minutes away from many of the eating/drinking establishments we picked out. David also went out of his way to allow us an early check in/out if needed which was nice to check in a few hours early and use that time to go out on a excursion as soon as we arrived and down loaded gear

This place was amazing for our party of 11! The layout was perfect for spacing out two separate families and the amenities provided ample entertainment for all ages. The host was communicative and super helpful. We even forgot something and he is mailing it back to us. The location was great to do multiple things and getting to and from the airport. Highly recommend this house!

Charming home away from home close to the city and all that it offers yet far enough away to enjoy peace quiet. Coffee overlooking the lake is very peaceful and walks around the lake is very relaxing. Beyond the home the host was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make our stay effortless. Great communication. Highly recommended home and host.
