"Le bonheur de Tiro", maison charentaise datant de 1900, entièrement rénovée, classée 3 étoiles. Cuisine équipée donnant sur la terrasse avec jardin très calme au cœur d'Arvert. 2 chambres. toilettes séparés. La maison sans vis à vis au cœur du bourg. Proche des plages de la presqu'ile, la côte sauvage et de l'ile d'Oléron. Multiples activités aux alentours. Les animaux sont les bienvenus. Wifi, Clim, Lecteur DVD, Senseo, Lave-vaisselle, Four etc. Linge non fourni, location possible.

My place is close to a city center and restaurants, market every morning 4 km away at the nearest. DESCRIPTION: small garden (deckchair + table + barbecue) this accommodation includes a main room with equipped kitchen (mini oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker,) a sofa bed with each are mattresses (80/190), TV with a DVD player. bathroom (shower cubicle, sink + toilet) My place is good for couples, solo travelers or bikers!!!!!

Rent by the week or night (2 nights minimum except July and August week only), small 40 m² house independent of our main house, for 2 people, ideally located between Royan and Oléron Island.
