Very nice, very bright apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was dreary! it was convenient). It's easy to park nearby in April. Well equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The double key is always appreciated in the absence of a lockbox. Very nice host.

Thank you Magalie and Sébastien for your welcome. The Mobil home is perfect, nothing is missing and is close to several sites to discover on the coast. A nice long weekend from Toussaint.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

A well furnished studio, a very pleasant garden and a soothing sea view. Beach 1 min walk, Royan waterfront 15 min walk quietly. A very good time in a cute and ideally located accommodation.

I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the necessary comforts and very clean. Very nice terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike paths, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will come back to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! Great stay in this amazing house, in a great location.

We stayed with four adults and two children for a week at Le Carrelet and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice, large and open. Nevertheless, everyone also has their privacy. The kids played a lot in the garden, were in the pool or out on the street. Everything was clean, in good condition and stylish. The location is beautiful, very close to the beach. However, it is about 20 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car to the center of Fouras. For restaurants or the bakery, you have to take this path. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursions, such as La Rochelle. Even on days with bad weather, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the house. We will be happy to come back.

Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

we spent 4 days as a family in Nathalie's accommodation (4 adults, 1 child and 1 dog). Ideally located in a quiet residential area, the beaches are 10 minutes' drive and easily accessible by bike. The accommodation is perfectly functional and very nice. Everything you need is available (from salt/pepper in the kitchen to the pharmacy kit in the bathroom). The terrace is very pleasant and offers several very comfortable relaxation areas. The garden is completely fenced, which was perfect for our dog (dachshund). We loved our stay and would happily come back!

We are absolutely delighted with our stay. The apartment is amazing: comfortable, very well equipped, magnificent view… everything was perfect, really perfect. We recommend it 100%!

My family had a great stay with the sun as a bonus this year. The accommodation is perfect: clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. Very nice terrace. Nathalie’s daughter was there to greet us and show us the house. Our group of four enjoyed our stay in this amazing house, which is in a beautiful location overlooking the bay. We had fun exploring the island and riding bikes. We highly recommend this villa!

Very pleasant short stay despite the bad weather in this very nice apartment ideally located. Everything is available so you feel at home. Very clean rental, autonomous arrival and departure thanks to the key box which leaves more freedom but prevents any meeting with the owners who remain available if needed. Parking at the bottom of the rental, shops nearby, colorful huts housing atypical artists right next door, walk around the citadel and various and varied restaurants all around. In short, everything is there for a great stay and if the sun is present it is the ideal rental.

We had a great stay in Alexis and Hélène's little house, the accommodation is super well-equipped and very clean, it's a peaceful place, close to the market and the city center. We rented bikes and we were able to ride and go to the beach via the many bike paths. We will surely come back Françoise and Denis
