Our house offers optimal comfort and a peaceful setting for 8 people The house has several outdoor spaces: a terrace with table and chairs, overlooking the Dordogne, under a Victorian style arbor, a patio in the heart of the house and a swimming pool area. This house is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.
