Nice townhouse of 126 sqm with 5 rooms, of which 3-4 bedrooms, living room with exit to the balcony, fully tiled bathroom and laundry room. The balcony is both under the roof and outside and offers a hot tub that can be used for a small fee. Perfect sun position with morning sun on the front and evening sun on the back by the balcony. In the vicinity there is both lake and forest, playground, football and basketball court (balls are available to borrow) and walking distance to Arvika's finest beach with mini golf course, illuminated walking path and canoe rental.

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoor space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbre, stalls, pasture and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Cozy cabin by the lake

We offer an entire summer cottage for relaxing. The cottage has a main building with a bedroom that sleeps a double bed, the cottage also has a kitchen with a gas stove, a wood stove, a fridge, a dining area, a wood fireplace and a couch. The guesthouse that is directly adjacent has two double beds. The summer cottage has solar panels and the ability to charge phones. There is a mole toilet inside, but we do not have running water. Drinking water, bed linen and towels we provide. The forest offers lots of berries and mushroom

Relax with the whole family in this charming lake view cottage! Here you have the forest on one side and the lake Rink on the other side. There are 6 beds in total. Two double beds and one bunk bed of which one of the double beds is in the guest house that stands on the plot. Large garden with two patios so you can enjoy the sun all day . If you want to take a swim, they are just a short walk down to Lake Ränken. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. Barbecue, high chair, travel cot, bed sheets, board games.

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.
