House with two guest houses and home office directly at the lake. From the houses you have a unique view of the Lillesjön and the beautiful orchard garden. The house is located on a quiet path, yet the supermarket and restaurant/pizzeria/uHembyggsgarden are within walking distance. Around the house, there are plenty of treats, biking, and kayaking trails. Trekking bikes with child seat, boat, crib, cot can be added. The house is heated with sea heat in an environmentally friendly way.

A cozy old house within walking distance of Sunne Ski & Bike. Three rooms and kitchen with a total of 7 beds. Living room, smart TV and wifi. Two bedrooms with 4 beds upstairs, a fairly steep staircase leads there. 3 single beds downstairs. Standard equipped kitchen without dishwasher. WC, with shower, washing machine. No smoking, no pets. Charging of electric cars, electric hybrids or use of engine heaters is unfortunately not allowed for safety reasons.
