PERFECT... Nice house, very clean, well located, close to beaches, with a lot of privacy, complete with all kitchen utensils, good communication with Rubén. I recommend it 100%.

An ideal apartment for a vacation with a family. With cabin decor and very welcoming. We could park the car inside by the door, which was a great convenience. For those of us with a dog, definitely highly recommended. I don't stay without mentioning the perfect location since it was a few meters from the sea and how attentive the hostess has always been attentive to us.

We stayed in Michael's apartment for almost 3 months while we waited for a mortgage process to buy a property in Spain. The apartment is great, easy to get into and you can walk everywhere. Malpica is a stunning place with breathtaking scenery and great restaurants. The apartment was super clean, modern, and has everything you could want. A big bonus was the washing machine, dryer, super modern air fryer, fridge, and microwave. Also, from the living room you can enjoy a great sea view through the large windows. Michael was always very responsive and made us feel really welcome and at home! Would recommend 100% for short and long stays!
