The apartment by the lake in Damsgårdssundet, has a short distance to the city center over Lillepudden (walking and cycling bridge) and Nygårdsparken. There are also good connections by bus and train. Approx. 10 min. walk to the city railway towards Flesland. The apartment is located under the mountain Løvstakken, one of Bergen's 7 mountains. Løvstien (hiking trail) is about 6 km long and runs along the foot of the mountain. Across the street is the EVO gym. It is a 2-minute walk to the grocery store (Kiwi etc.). There are also dining places and several take-away places on the street.

It takes about 15 minutes to the bus terminal/express boat and Kleppestø center from the apartment. The express boat to Bergen takes 12 minutes from Kleppestø terminal. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
