Amazing stay! I’m so glad this place was available. We were in town for a family wedding & birthday, & wasn’t able to stay with family, so we splurged & booked this house. A block away from the beach & just a few blocks from my sister, it was an ideal location for us. The house is beautiful & comfortable, & has everything you need. I think we’ll book this house every summer from now on!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Compound! By far one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into furnishing and amenities provided. Would could not have been more comfortable and had everything we could possible need! The home was spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully with gorgeous pieces that are extremely functional and comfortable. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and high-quality. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the basement was stocked with beach chairs and towels. Lynn clearly put lots of thought into the space and has a keen understanding of small touches that offer added value. The garage/pub was such a nice bonus! I spent a few days working out there and the wireless router extender means strong wifi for remote work. Can't beat a flexible indoor/outdoor space. 10/10 can't wait to stay here again!

Great place for a family on a quiet street at the edge of Ocean Grove. Close enough to the beach for a little kid to scooter comfortably. We appreciated that it was relatively baby proofed.

We had a great stay here! The home is very comfortable and as described. The beds are super comfy with nice pillows and linens. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a central & walkable location close to the train station, beach and restaurants.

Perfect for our stay with our 2 small dogs. Could walk to restaurants and to town with cute shops and coffee etc. Easy to get to, easy check in, easy to get to beach.

Rico is that rare Airbnb host with accurate descriptions and depictions. His gorgeous house is perfectly located, and yes, the on street parking is in fact easy to find no matter the hour. He was responsive and helpful. I rarely want to stay in Airbnbs a second time but his house is one I will return to again and again. Thank you Rico!!!

Andrew is a wonderful host and is very easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach/boardwalk.

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and decorated so cute. It easily accommodated our group of 7, and even though we had a lot of rain during our trip, the space made it easy for us to still have the best time. The location was perfect—just a 2-minute drive to the beach and close to everything. We especially loved grilling and hanging out in the backyard and pool when the weather cleared up. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, even sending us beach photos before we arrived, which made us even more excited for the trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful summer house! We were a group of 9 and had more than enough space to spread out and relax. The house was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were large and accommodating, but the real gem of the home was the backyard. Our family quickly nicknamed it “the resort” and for good reason! The pool was gorgeous and larger than we expected. The grill was where we cooked most of our meals, and the cabanas were such a fun touch. We found ourselves taking pictures in nearly every corner of the yard because it was just that picturesque. The location couldn’t have been better as it was just 10 minutes or less from everything we needed, including grocery stores, great restaurants, shopping, and Asbury Beach. Our favorite place was the AP rooftop and that was 9 minutes door to door. This was a 10/10 experience for our family. Can’t wait for next year!

This is truly a gem! The unit was spacious and clean, and the backyard oasis leading to the shore was beautiful. Ron was a great host, communication was easy and he went above and beyond to make our stay special! We would love to visit again.

Karan’s home in Neptune Township is fabulous! The decor and ambiance are so pleasing and relaxing. The beds are super comfortable , as are all of the pieces of furniture. The outdoor grill, seating, and outdoor shower are perfect. We spent a lot of time on the excellent front porch. The supplies ( soaps, cleaners, trash bags, etc. ) are plentiful . It is a lovely 5- minute walk to the beautiful beach. Check -in and check - out are seamless. We walked into a sparkling clean kitchen! Karan is always available and always helpful . This was our second stay and I hope to go back as often as possible. We truly love it there and I am certain that anyone will!

Beautifully decorated bungalow in an amazing location. 10 minute walk to the beach and good bars, restaurants; felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood. The backyard area was also very cute. Beach chairs, umbrella and other amenities were convenient. Justine sent helpful instructions after booking that made our arrival easy and was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

What a warm welcome, this is truly home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay at Biff's beach home. Steps away from a beautiful walk around Lake Como or Belmar Beach, with excellent food and entertainment nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is everything you need to cook good meals, sleep comfortably (you can hear the ocean waves while sitting on the front porch!) and even work remotely, as we did. We plan on returning to this excellent location in Belmar!

Christopher was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful! As well as informative regarding things to do during our stay!! The home was beautiful and very accommodating for our group. The whole home was very clean and had plenty of helpful amenities!!

Place was cozy and beautiful. My family and I enjoyed the place. Definitely will come back to area and would love to stay here again. A lot of charm and beach area was nice, that my son, wife and dog had a chance to enjoy, with time on the sand. I had a work conference in the area the whole weekend. However, did not know of this area before this weekend and absolutely loved it.

This place was very nice in the inside! Made you feel like I was at a family members house. The yard was very large and they had a gated driveway which was nice if you have a larger vehicle. The bedrooms were just larger enough. The A/C was very cold and TV was easy to use. Beach was only about a 10min drive and plenty of restraints and stores to shop 5-10min away as well.

This cottage was perfect for our family attending a wedding nearby. The place was clean and quiet. Usually I do not sleep well in new places, but these beds were extremely comfortable and it was easy to get a good sleep.
