The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT, there is €100 FINAL CLEANING and that the tourist tax of Euro 2.60 per adult. (children up to the age of 15 free) must be paid directly on site in cash. COST for pets €20,- per day!

Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The apartment was lovingly furnished in a very quiet location. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the hostess was very good, so that every question was answered in detail. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The photos and description of the apartment match. A ski bus stop was only a few minutes walk away, so nothing stood in the way of a perfect stay for a ski vacation.

Perfect Chalet Getaway – Cozy, Convenient, with a Sauna! We had an amazing stay at this chalet! It felt incredibly cozy and comfortable, with a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The indoor garage spot was a great bonus — very close to the door, with just one short set of stairs up to the chalet, which is located right next to the stairwell. The private sauna was such a treat after a day of exploring — a perfect way to relax and unwind! The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature with plenty of things to do. The included Summer Card gave us access to tons of local attractions and activities, which made our stay even better. Max (our host) was proactive, friendly, and super helpful throughout the whole visit. We would definitely recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped place to stay in the mountains!
