Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Vincenzo and Tracey were incredible hosts for us adults and our toddlers. Their hospitality, top notch! The home and views will truly leave you breathless. If you like the countryside, this is the place to be. Beautiful Pineto beach is just 30 mins away. Lovely wineries within 30 - 45 mins. If you appreciate nature and beautiful mountain drives + going to the beach, you’ve found it. 💕🙏

Beautiful apartment, decorated in an Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max. 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, beautiful pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely ok for us. Angelo is a great host, we would come back anytime.

Thank you so much Gabriella for such a warm welcome! Probably the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Very clean, the house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Just a couple of minutes to the nearest beach where we were allocated 2 free sunbeds. Restaurants, cafes in walking distance. Absolutely recommend!

Very nice property located in a quiet, spacious area that can accommodate a large group of friends or family. Very clean and close to all amenities. A car is necessary to be able to move around. We really enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's.

The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. I can't say enough good things about our holiday, our family of 5, were so well catered for by Kristy and James. The apartment was perfect and the pool was a hit with the kids. the garden was very peaceful with beautiful view of the hills and valley. We received lots of helpful tips and suggestions which made our stay very enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you so much for everything!

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

We had a very nice stay in Monteprandone. The accommodation provided by Daniela is charming, in the heart of the medieval village. Ideal for a peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. I recommend it 100%

We were very enthusiastic about the accommodation, very clean, comfortable and great location in the city. The roof top terrace was of course a highlight. Alessio was very friendly and communicative, we were allowed to enter the apartment a little earlier, which was very nice. We can only recommend the accommodation and would certainly choose it again next time.

Great communication and availability.

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite the considerable delay of my train and helped me with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was not a problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. There was also milk, small cakes and coffee, and a fresh bouquet of flowers on the table. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Gladly again!

We were able to spend a wonderful and relaxing time at the La Chiocciola Resort. The rooms were not only cozy, but also always clean, which made our stay all around pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality of the landlords, who take care of the well-being of their guests in a wonderful way. The furnishings of the living spaces, especially the kitchen, were excellent and left nothing to be desired. We were able to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the time together. Another highlight was the extensive and well-kept garden, which invited you to linger. It was the perfect place to sit back and enjoy nature. A special experience for us was the whirlpool, which offered a welcome relaxation after a long day of exploration. We look back with joy and fond memories on our stay and can fully recommend the La Chiocciola Resort. We will be happy to come back!!!

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.
