The modern first floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, electric fireplace, washing machine and tumble dryer. Underfloor heating in all rooms, except for the bedrooms. Parking space right by the house. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Tenants are responsible for the final cleaning prior to departure. Electricity 3kr per kWh.

Very central and sunny location with a great view towards the mountain home. Very good sun conditions. Immediate proximity to shop and beach, ski resort, ski stadium with light trail and lovely hiking terrain summer and winter. The apartment is suitable for 2 families and there is 1 parking right outside the apartment as well as guest parking. Fire pit and patio furniture on the veranda. Fiber and wifi with good coverage in the apartment. TV and DAB Radio, several different cards and board games.

Additionally, there is one outdoor storage unit. Large terrace with sun and a great view. Heating: Underfloor heating in all rooms except the bedrooms. Bedding and towels: Must be brought by the tenant. No smoking. Cleaning: The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning.

In this place your family can stay close to everything at Bortelid, the location is central. Short distance to ski slopes, hiking areas, resorts and grocery store. Parking close to the apartment. The apartment is on two floors (2nd and 3rd floor of the building) and is the largest in a "cabin" consisting of a total of 6 units. The area is also called the "Alpine Top" as it has amazing views all over Bortelid. This is an area with alpine slopes and great ski slopes in winter, and lovely hiking areas for the rest of the year. It is very suitable for nature walks for children, adults, adults, exerciseists and the extra sprawling among us all year.
