Beautiful and well-utilized 4-room apartment with a consistently high standard and the following layout: 1st floor: Hallway, living room/kitchen, bathroom/laundry room, 3 bedrooms, and a storage room. Additionally, there is one outdoor storage unit. Large terrace with sun and a great view. Heating: Underfloor heating in all rooms except the bedrooms. Bedding and towels: Must be brought by the tenant. No smoking. Cleaning: The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning.

The apartment is spread over two floors (2nd and 3rd floor of the building) and is the largest in a "cottage" consisting of a total of 6 units. The area is also called "Alpintoppen" as it has stunning views over the entire Bortelid. This is an area with alpine slopes and great ski slopes in winter, and beautiful hiking areas the rest of the year. It is well suited for trips in nature for both children, adults, exercisers and the extra fit among us all year round.

Leiligheten passer fint for 2 familier, og det er 1 parkering rett utenfor leiligheten samt gjesteparkering. Bålpanne og utemøbler på veranda. TV og DAB Radio, flere ulike kort og brettspill.

Liten ski in - ski out leilighet rett i nærheten av Bortelid ski- og alpinsenter. Trivelig å sitte terrassen og se og høre og følge glade skifolk som suser forbi leiligheten. Det er ca 15 meter til langrennsløyper. Kort vei også til Bortelid matbutikk kafe, servicesenter ba. med minigolf bane, kanoutleie og badestrand.
