Cozy 3- bedroom home with small town charm

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have plenty of room for the whole family or have the whole place to yourself! Ashland is the perfect place to disconnect and revel in small town life. This is an older home that is recently remodeled. There is an unfinished basement in the home that is not part of the living space in this listing. We do allow access to the basement as we are in tornado alley. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any unapproved pets in our home!

This home away from home is located close to the park, hospital, Meade County Historical Museum, and the Dalton Gang Hideout. The Meade County Fairgrounds is located within a 5 minute drive. This home has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fold out couch in the living room so the property will sleep 6. A spacious kitchen with a coffee/tea/Snack bar is located within the kitchen area. There is a smart TV which is loaded with MANY streaming applications. Exercise Bike and workout DVD'S.

Guests will be able to fish in the nearby creek and enjoy the outside fire-pit roasting s'mores under the stars for a quiet country getaway. The Clear Creek lodge is located 12 miles outside the town of Beaver, OK. The price of one guest is $50.00 and an additional $40.00 for each additional person per night. Children under the age of 10 age free.
