Our home is close to Texas Tech University (4 blocks). You’ll love it because of how close it is to the football stadium (15-minute walk). Our place is good for couples (queen bed), solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is <15-minute walk to the Overton Hotel/Conference Center, 5-minute walk to Lubbock High School and The Venue on Broadway, 5-minute drive to the Depot District & Highway 27, and only a block off of Broadway Street.
“We were able to book Alicia and Kyle’s place short notice on 4th of July weekend. It was nice to walk outside and enjoy the fireworks. The area is pretty safe we had a lot of equipment in our car and it was safe. They warmly greeted us and we got to enjoy their dogs after a long 11 hour drive from Arizona. Will definitely book their place again in the future. #capwasright”

“I stayed with Tyson for close to a month. The room was exactly like the pictures and so was the bathroom. If you like what you see in the pictures then there will be no surprises. For me, access to the internet is a must and Tyson's house has a good connection. I didn't have a problem the entire time I was there. I also appreciated his house location in proximity to the thing I needed: atm, coffee, food, gas etc.. they were all within 1-2 miles from his house. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and would definitely recommend them. Thanks for everything Tyson, take care.”
The Historic Firehouse is located within walking distance from Texas Tech University, Jones AT&T Stadium, Broadway, and the Depot District. This is a fantastic area close to everything! A private patio, upstairs bedroom, game room, huge living area, and kitchen set this place apart from your normal experience. The firehouse sports fast wi-fi for streaming needs and working guests. Perfect couples retreat in a historic building. Additional sleeping for another guest on a comfy couch downstairs.
“Very interesting space, we enjoyed opening the "garage door" to the patio. Large seating area and easy parking. I rarely say anything on reviews, it's definitely a fun space and right next to Tech. Only to help any fellow travelers will I say this, the "pantry" was super sparse, basically salt, pepper and coffee and a can of Pam. We got in late and we couldn't find tea or basically anything. Was not expecting a feast, but Air B n B's we have stayed in have somewhat to a lot more for guests convenience. But if you just want to be near Tech and don't want to use the kitchen much, it would be fine.”
