Great place. Very comfortable.

This place was absolutely beautiful. I am hoping to come back and spend more time at the property. I loved waking up to the gentle clip clop of horse hooves heading out to the pasture. the views were just breathtaking. The bed was amazing, I wish we were there under different circumstances. (celebration of life) it was a busy rushed trip and a peaceful place to land. I can't wait to go back.

We have stayed in a few dozen Airbnbs at this point, and Jennifer is possibly our favorite host of all. She was so kind, thoughtful, and responsive, including thinking of things for our kids to do and making them feel special. We liked this place so much we stayed there twice in 1 month! The house is great too, especially the lovely pool and the big cozy couch. The beds were comfortable too. The kitchen is somewhat minimal but Jennifer was helpful to get us everything we needed. All in all, a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts!

We booked this suite for just one night to break up a long drive, but I wish we could've stayed for longer! The massive shower with two shower heads and great water pressure was an unexpected treat in a historic building. And the blackout curtains + large comfortable bed made for a wonderful night's rest. We were traveling with a small dog so the private yard (free of foxtails) was a great perk. And we loved being just blocks away from restaurants, while still having a kitchenette for making simple meals or enjoying leftovers. Would absolutely stay here again or check out other suites in The Matriarch!

Stunning accommodations in the heart of Ashland. Room decor was beautiful, and the copper tub was every bit as glorious as it looked. We appreciated the bath salts and the included robes. Beautiful private outdoor seating area. We will definitely be back!

Judy is great and so is her place! Great location with access to the entire valley north and south. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Our stay was excellent! We did not move our cars once. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. It was the perfect space for 3 friends - who all want their own room. Just how we roll.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The apartment was quiet and close enough to local restaurants (and a donut shop) that we could walk to them, while only being a 15 minute drive from Ashland. The space wad clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We can't wait to stay here on our next OSF trip!

Bradley was a wonderfully, communicative host. He responded immediately to a late, last minute request for our 2-night stay and continued to be a thoughtful and generous host throughout our time there! What a wonderful stay! Cowslips Belle did not disappoint. We stayed for 10 days, and can honestly say that this was one of our best AirBnB stays ever! It’s walking distance from the hub of Ashland - Main Street, lots of restaurants, & Lithia Park. It’s a beautifully maintained peaceful retreat — all 6 units face a private, lovely grassy area (that our dog thoroughly enjoyed), with a Koi pond too. Our unit —the Lower Unit—was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The hosts are friendly, personable and communicative. Even when there was a temporary water shut-off issue, they let us know every step of the way what was happening, and it was fixed within an hour. If you’re looking for a restful nights sleep, on a comfortable bed, with a jacuzzi bathtub & separate stand-up shower, with a full kitchen, then look no further! We are definitely planning on staying here again.

We had looked at quite a few other airbnbs in the area and we are so glad we chose The Loft. First a Corgi!!! Who doesn't love a corgi haha. Jhana was so cute, very friendly and loved to play and hangout. It was easy to find, easy to access, and a good size for just the 2 of us. Its a very central location everything we needed was no more than a 10 minute drive. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Pat was absolutely wonderful. From the snacks upon check in to the conversations and recommendations, she was the best! Even my dad said airbnbs typically are not like this. It was out first time using airbnb and we were more than pleased with everything. Thank you!

if I ever need to stay in Butte falls again I'll definitely try to reserve this place 👍🏼

This was our first airbnb that we have personally rented. We were very happy with our choice. Our people in Oregon that we were visiting loved it too when they came and saw it. Our only suggestion for next time would be better instructions on how to run the tv. Thank you for hosting a great place!!

Was in town for work, so it was centrally located and easy to get to grocery stores and restaurants. Shon was really accommodating, overall a nice private and quiet stay!

Kim’s place was the perfect stay for us for our visit to Crater Lake! It was an idyllic stay in the woods and Kim added so many special and personal touches that made our stay so lovely. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting!

Extremely homey and comfortable studio! Everything matches the description! We enjoyed the air fryer- it’s a big one and can be used as a toaster/ air fryer or oven! The pull out sofa bed was as comfortable as can be for a pull out bed- my son said as long as you lay on it right it’s great to sleep on. So maybe not for adults but fine for a kid that can lay in the middle! He slept thru the night all four nights which is a feat in and of itself. The main bed was super comfortable and had plenty of great pillows! There was a comforter for the sofa bed in the closet. Everything was clean. The swimming pool was so nice to have for hot days! There is a basketball hoop- but it’s also where the parking is. Still there were a few days the parking spaces were empty so my son could play basketball! I knocked the power out by running multiple appliances (there is a warning about this I just forgot!! ) Shon took time from his day to reset it! Very safe area! Lots of trees and quiet!

Great place to stay. It was very comfy, clean and easy to get to. The hosts are very responsive and friendly!

What an amazing place to stay for a little get away! The host, Denise was so accommodating and caring. The place was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. The hot tub was amazing, and the view from the porch was breathtaking! I highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Instructions were extremely clear, so even though construction delayed our arrival until after dark, we could easily find our rental. The surroundings are *gorgeous* and really special. Beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Esther’s. The place was large and well appointed. I would agree with some reviews that say it is a bit dated but that wasn’t a priority for us. The bed was comfortable, we had what we needed in the kitchen and plenty of space, bathroom also was adequate. It would be nice to have something in the place that explained more about the property, main chateau/coffee area, washer and dryer access, and where your garbage goes, etc… That was a bit lacking but the place was great and we’d most definitely stay there again.
