This was just a short stop for me, but I could feel the care and heart that’s been poured into this place the moment I walked in. It’s beautifully decorated, cozy, and truly one of the most thoughtfully prepared stays I’ve experienced. You can tell the owners genuinely love this home and want their guests to feel welcomed and cared for. From the basket of goodies to the fully stocked bathroom (yes—Qtips, feminine products, all the little things you always wish places had), it’s clear they go above and beyond. Those extra touches? They don’t go unnoticed. The home was spotless, peaceful, and warm—and I left feeling grateful. Thank you for your kindness and for creating such a lovely space. It’s rare, and it’s deeply appreciated.

This Airbnb was lovely and decorated so nicely; felt like home. I loved the kitchen, it was well stocked with the basics, like sugar, spices, a variety of utensils, pots, pans, tin foil, olive oil; when traveling, you don't want to haul these items around, it was a plus to have these items available; you don't find too many Airbnb's with these amenities. The location was perfect, we were in Medford for our son's wedding, being held at Edenvale Winery, 6-8 minutes away, as well as Jacksonville, where we held the rehearsal dinner. Our daughter, son in law, 3 grandchildren, 2 pups, my husband and myself fit very comfortably in this home and the fenced backyard was also lovely for all. The attention to details and the hosts friendly welcoming attitudes, made our stay a lovely memorable experience. We will certainty be using this Airbnb again in the near future.

A great experience from start to finish. The house was clean and well appointed. The 5 king beds were all clean and comfortable. Great televisions and a nice backyard. Small details were the key to a great home. A wonderful set of knives in the kitchen and all the spices you could want. You’ll love this house!

Gabriel’s place was a perfect little overnight stay. Cute and cozy, had everything needed to make food, play games etc. it was clean and updated as well. Easy access and waking distance to many places.

Hannah’s place was super cozy, clean, and sweet. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be close to downtown. The space was well-stocked and relaxing with plenty of space. I loved the separate living room and bedroom, and the great use of space even in the small footprint. The historic house also still had the beautiful original windows and hardwood floors that made it feel very homey. You can tell she takes great pride in her house, and it was a pleasure to be there. Hannah was super helpful and responsive at all times! I’d definitely go back for another stay.

This is a special place and a special host. The space is light and airy, beautifully furnished and decorated, with many lovely touches. The kitchen was generously stocked. There were even fresh flowers in several places throughout the bungalow. The garden was a delight, with many nooks for sitting or stretching out, and flagstones with little blue flowers in between. Tambo has a special gift for true hospitality. Everywhere you looked you could see the touch of an artist, and a desire for her guests to have a joyful stay.

Great spot for a short stay for our group of 3 adults. Very clean and well taken care of. As others have mentioned the neighborhood is “colorful”, but nothing too crazy. The only thing that’s wasn’t ideal is one of the neighbors has a dog they keep outside that barks all night long. Not the hosts fault in any way—-but If you are a light sleeper I would heavily recommend bringing ear plugs. Other than that it’s very convenient and a wonderful value.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely beautiful, and we would highly recommend it to others! While the property was close to a road, which might typically be a concern for us, we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't noisy or overly traveled at all – a huge plus. We truly enjoyed the stunning view, especially with the river right at our feet, which was such a delightful surprise. It was fantastic to watch geese come up to the bank and spot various birds like osprey, ducks, and blue jays. If you're a bird watcher, this place is a dream! The amenities provided were incredibly thoughtful. My husband was unfortunately dealing with some back and neck issues, so he couldn't fully enjoy the fishing, but we really appreciated the inclusion of the tackle box and fishing rod. Such a lovely touch. The bathroom was a highlight, particularly the tub! It was wonderfully supplied with great-smelling organic lavender shampoo, soap, and conditioner, which made for a very relaxing experience.

This was a lovely stay for a girls weekend! The weather was gorgeous and we spent a fair amount of our time outside at the pool and the lawn looking out onto the river. There was a wedding at a location across the river so we got to have lovely background music while we chatted. Literally the PERFECT weekend for us!

Well worth the 14 minute drive out of town. The ranch is gorgeous with thoughtful features throughout (fire pit, roping practice, rope swing, seating areas with the best views in mind). We spent the majority of our trip just enjoying the house and space as the entire ranch feels like a vacation! Quiet. Hut tub was clean and warm. The pool was lovely, we would consider coming back in the summer just to enjoy the pool!

Kirk and Tandy are amazing host! The house and property are beautiful and well kept. They were very sweet and accommodating. We had a fantastic girls’ trip! Can’t wait to go again!

We really loved our time at this house, we were even lucky enough to be able to extend our stay an extra day. The space inside the house is much bigger than we expected (the photos sell it a little short) and the floorplan gave everyone room to spread out and have plenty of privacy. The backyard pool area is simply amazing, it felt like we were in our own little resort. This house offered exactly what our family needed, plenty of space, outdoor amenities, and also pet friendly with a tranquil setting.

My boyfriend and I stayed for our anniversary and it was exceptional to say the least. Beautiful land, our cottage looked out towards the alpaca sanctuary. Friendly free-range chickens came to pay us a visit while we cooked our dinner on their very clean barbecue. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary s’mores bar and fresh eggs for breakfast! Also, I was able to bring my cat, who accompanies us on our adventures but unfortunately isn’t welcomed at all of the places we try to stay at. Over all, very accommodating, private, and beautiful. The perfect getaway spot! Highly recommend!

Jerry's place was very clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking for several days and relaxing by the river. I would recommend his place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I've visited many off-grid spaces and this one is in my top 10. It's newly built and created with amazing attention to detail. It's super clean and superbly maintained with amazing amenities for such a tiny-large space. I can't say enough good things. I visited on my own and will return, but certainly two could/should share the accommodations and outdoor luxuries for even more bliss. If your looking for an awesome view, no signs of humans, and a night sky that feels completely yours alone...this is your space too. I just have one request, I'd love to know the story of how you came up with the idea for the Tiny Groove House and finding the perfect spot.. Thank you for opening your vision up for myself and others to enjoy. ps. Would also recommend a Guest Book for people to share their thoughts on their time spent there. 💞🌄💞 I totally enjoyed my 4 frog pool buddies. 😉

I had a wonderful stay at the Loft. It’s so very peaceful and the view is beautiful. I walked thru the gardens and grounds and even had a few visits from the resident donkey who was so cute and friendly! I was nervous about finding the property but the directions provided were spot on perfect and I had no problems at all. And one evening I went to the local restaurant Callaghan’s which was only about 10 minutes away and it’s definitely worth the trip out. I enjoyed my time at this peaceful little hideaway and will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

Bryanna's place is spotless, very beautifully decorated and spacious. There were all the amenities that are shown in the photos. She was friendly, flexible, and responsive about checkin. Very minor, but the bed pillows were extremely flat and the twin beds not the most comfortable. All in all a great stay, if a bit pricey for the area.

Great place with all the amenities and very comfortable. This was my 2nd stay here and I plan to stay again in the future!

The Nest is an absolutely wonderful, tranquil space - everything that is promised/described and more. The surrounding areas are equally great for swimming and hiking. If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet space and some great hosts, this is the place!

The house was charming, the decor was lovely and clutter-free, the yard/garden was a bonus with the paths and plants. It was in a great location with lots of street activity but we had a relaxing peaceful night. There were so many extras, including outside seating on the front porch and back deck, Godiva chocolates on the nightstands, glassware monogrammed with Serendipity House, dog treats, a high-end well-stocked Keurig coffeemaker...I could go on and on. All I can say is this is a 5-star accommodation.

Not far from town so you’ll still have to hear traffic from the door which is directly across from the property.

Quiet country setting just a few miles from town. Jennifer was a fabulous host with easy check-in and checkout instructions. She checked in a couple of times during my four day stay to make sure I had everything I needed. This place was immaculate in the cleanliness department and smelled wonderful when I arrived. The weather was over 100 degrees during my visit and the extra stand alone air conditioning unit in the room was a great feature that made my stay so relaxing and pleasant.

The perfect, nature getaway to show my daughter how beautiful and peaceful nature can be! Rebecca was beyond polite, upon arrival she showed us where we would be staying, showering and gave us the scoop on the pond and creek adventures we could experience while we stayed. We took a little boat ride in the pond, hung out by the creek and had the chance to show my daughter the “Little Dipper” while stargazing!! I had a difficult time getting my daughter to leave so all in all, as a father, I’m beyond happy with my stay at “Full Bloom”, Thank you, Rebecca Oh, please give Ozzy our love!! 🐶 P.S DO NOT FORGET TO ORDER CROISSANTS AND THE CINNAMON BUNS!

We really appreciated how clean & new all the towels, bedding & kitchen items were. The bed was so comfortable. It was easy to make coffee & toast for breakfast. The shower has a lot of pressure in a good way. Outside area is ok. It was pretty hot so we didn’t sit outside. I think the house looks much nicer in real life than in the pictures. This was a comfortable house to stay in & we would be happy to return.
