Le Playras, a little piece of heaven!

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Located in Barbazan, 9 km from the nautical base and the Montréjeau golf course, 32 km from Luchon, 5 km from Saint Bertrand, and about thirty kilometers from Spain. It is ideally placed for hiking, cycling and skiing in winter (the nearest station "Le Mourtis" is 28 km away). It is located on the roads to Santiago de Compostela. You can have fun by going to the Casino de Barbazan.

La Grange de Coumes between Arreau and Loudenvielle

Nestled between the Aure and Louron valleys, this secluded barn offers you peace and quiet while being close to Loudenvielle and Saint-Lary. Access will be on foot, on a path of about 300 meters. Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.

The cottage is 12 minutes from St Girons and its shops located on the edge of a rural hamlet Cap d'Erp, with fabulous views of the virgin forests, valley, hills and mountains. With the Col d'Ayens 2 km walk or 3 km drive away, it's a dream starting point for hikers, trailers and mountain bikers.
