We welcome you to a small charming house at the gates of the Alpes Mancelles on 4 hectares. Quietly located by the Ornette (river), where you can recharge your batteries. Guests are welcome to use the common facilities at our home (petanque court, swing...) 5 min drive to St Léonard des Bois, several activities: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking as well as tree climbing, canoeing and kayaking. 5 minutes away you will find St Ceneri Le Gerei one of the most beautiful villages in France

House in the heart of nature for 4 people.

Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

50 m² cottage in the countryside. 1 Bedroom, 1 Living Room, 1 Bathroom. Sleeps 4 Direct access to the forest of Sillé-le-Guillaume, on foot, by bike and even on horseback, the hiking trails are very numerous! 9 marked mountain bike trails from green to black allow all enthusiasts to make the most of it!! And we are a 20-min walk to Sillé beach (swimming, mini golf, sailing, tree climbing, pedal boats, pony) Located along the GR36, 30 minutes from Le Mans!! Welcome to our home!!!

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Being in the wellness, we offer massages (Balinese 1h/60€, seated amma 20mn/20€ and Tibetan bowl massages 1h/55€). Kind regards Olivier H

Small charming house in the heart of Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends. Live the experience of a country house without its constraints! I will be sure to share my best food spots and my favorite secondhand shops!

In the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, a stone's throw from the Avaloires lookout and a few kilometers from Saint Léonard des Bois and Saint Cénéry, come and discover a magnificent cottage set in an old farmhouse typical of the region. On the 8 hectares of the meadow at your disposal, ponies, cats and dogs will welcome you. Animal-friendly, this cottage is open to pets and if you are a rider, your equine will also be welcome.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.
