I recommend this rental, the house and the garden are great! We enjoyed the barbecue and the jacuzzi. We were 7 adults and 1 baby and had a great stay! Clémentine was very welcoming and the exchanges were easy!

This is the perfect spot for the 24 hours. TGV station, City Center and race track are all on the same tram line which is a very short walk. Had a nice little backyard with BBQ and table to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Margo was very easy to reach and always responded quickly to any messages. We enjoyed her home so much that we are planning to stay there again for a future race.

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

Excellent stay. The setting is beautiful, such a rare green setting. Aurélie was responsive with great kindness. We celebrated my birthday with dignity. We'll definitely be back. Once again, thank you for everything.

Eric was a great host. The house was perfect in a quiet location. The outside space was the highlight. There isn’t too much about within walking distance but Le Mans is within easy driving distance. It worked perfectly as a base for the 24 hour race. Hope we can stay here again

We loved our time at the well restored old cottage. Beautiful and peaceful location with the charm of the working farm and the friendliness of the people and lovely dogs. Would definitely stay again !

Impeccable accommodation located at the end of a path in the countryside. The environment is conducive to rest and relaxation. Benoît is very available. It met our expectations. We had a very pleasant weekend!

Only superlatives! Probably one of the best homes visited. The setting is magnificent, the mansion as well, with its beautiful living rooms combining authenticity and comfort. The bedding is of high quality, extremely comfortable, and the equipment is top notch. Carole is very inviting and offers good advice. And very thoughtful! The heating turned on for our infant was very nice. Thank you again for your hospitality and this excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie's, who was very welcoming. This house is idyllic if you are looking for peace and quiet. The children enjoyed the garden, swing, badminton and ping pong available. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding!

Anne is a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the very rustic and beautiful property. The surrounding countryside is idyllic and we enjoyed our forest walks. The garden is fully fenced off which was a bonus for our dog Reggie! The ‘old grocery store’ is highly recommended!

This is the second time we've been to Gérard's. It's a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thank you Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Many thanks for your hospitality, Josiane. We will definitely be back.

Anne's home was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean . It's a perfect spot for exploring Le Mans, with out being in the hussle and bustle of the city and this ensures you can get a good night's sleep. The breakfast facilities were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good value for money. Excellent parking facilities just outside our house. Anne and Stephane are kind ,friendly, hospitable and helpful.

Sylvaine was very responsive in preparing our trip. We enjoyed his house, located in the countryside and well-equipped, with friends!!

Great host. I wanted tranquility and calm, added to that the pool and it was pristine. Me and my kids were very happy.

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

The cottage is located in a perfect, soothing and peaceful environment. We spent 2 nights and 2 very pleasant days, with beautiful activities that were directly advised by Laurent, one in the estate and the rest in the surrounding towns (scooter in the middle of the forest: we recommend it's great for those who love feeling), canoeing, and visiting with magnificent views Thank you to Laurent for his welcome, responsiveness and recommendations that allowed us to live our stay 100%. Charming and cozy accommodation with a remarkable garden near the must-see villages of Sainte Suzanne and Saulges and the town of Meslay for shopping.

The house is beautifully decorated, nice, we felt right at home. Great communication with Jean-Paul. We'll be back!

The only small downside is the road not far from the house that disturbs the peace a little. Beautiful old house in the pretty countryside of Perche.
