Everything was great, we were very satisfied with the apartment but also with the communication.

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation - everything was super clean and we had 5 relaxing and relaxing days :) We highly recommend the accommodation, you can't go wrong here. Corrado and his wife also helped us communicate with the rental company of our car, as we had a stone impact in the windshield :) Thanks again!

The perfect location, not the busyness from the city centre but close enough to walk there. The accommodation was incredible and bigger then it seems the living room is a big plus and bathroom realy nice

We felt right at home at Paolo’s place. He welcomed us personally and showed us around. The bedroom in the cave is definitely the highlight. Restaurants, shopping etc. is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Super clean apartment, lovingly and functionally furnished/equipped. Very quiet apartment (neighborhood). Nice big terrace, great kitchen-living room. Private parking is very advantageous. Great area, everything partly within walking distance. Rental car makes sense! Cristina is very nice and helpful and immediately accessible. She welcomed us to the property despite our late arrival time, explained and showed us everything. We recommend Cristina's apartment. Thanks!

This is a great place to stay, we had a car rented for our stay, I wouldn’t recommend booking this place without a car, if you do have one, you will have a great time, the pool was lovely, a little quiet beach literally yards away, surrounded by other little beautiful beaches, and also has two other larger beaches on either side. 10 minutes drive from a lovely little town Teullada with nice cafes and places to eat. Federico’s place itself was lovely, a nice balcony overlooking a beautiful landscape, the sea and coasts surrounding. A conveniently equipped kitchen, coffee for us in the mornings, tv’s with access to apps, comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. If i had the power of hindsight i would have chosen this place again. Federico as a host was excellent and made sure we had all the information we needed, his response time was almost immediate to any questions we had. He also provided info on local events, a latin festival with food, drinks, and entertainment. 5 stars!

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari within 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. We had a lovely stay and the apartment was very well located and spacious. It was very well appointed with big rooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the piazza. It was sometimes a bit noisy early in the morning with street cleaning but the apartment was quite well soundproofed with windows shut. Overall we had a lovely stay and the location is great for exploring Cagliari.

We chose this location for its position and tranquility in the pine forest with a balcony overlooking the sea. Everything confirmed on arrival, June 2025. Andrea, very kind, gave us ample flexibility on the arrival time and also waited for us outside the residence to guide us in person. He's checking in right now. It was a wonderful stay with Giovanni. It had everything you could need. We didn't miss anything. You practically fall out of the door and stand in front of numerous restaurants within 1 minute, and within 5 minutes you are at the train station. Supermarkets are also in direct surroundings. The communication was absolutely excellent and we felt very comfortable.

I’ll try to keep this short. Sardinia felt a breeze, and was a relaxing trip greeted by local friendliness from start to finish, and Marco was a big part of that. This AirBnB was 100% the best decision. And in the most ideal location possible - the super market opposite is more essential than you think. We could grab some snacks and drinks whenever we wanted, or even buy some ingredients to cook something in the flat when wanting to relax in the flat with the cool A/C and smart TV setup. It was such a touch to have the bus stations to town, marina, and the beach right by the door…and all 5-10 mins journey max! Our stay in Giovanni's apartment was a dream. He welcomed us very kindly, explained everything to us in detail and gave us many tips about the region. A very dedicated host. In the apartment you will find everything you need and everything works perfectly from shower to air conditioning. The location is also great, just a few meters from the supermarket, beach and restaurant. We stayed there for 5 nights and felt at home. On our next holiday in Sardinia, we will book here again and recommend the apartment 100%.

Ilenias place feels like home. Its very well equipped and has everything you need. Ilenia is always very responsive and has alot of local recommendations. The location is fine with supermarkets and rests around. By car its around 15 min to Cagliari, and 1 hour for the best beaches Tuerredda or Punta Molentis.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Very nice and high-quality furnished accommodation. We felt right at home. Everything was perfectly clean. The communication was great. The entire environment is also relaxed and beautiful. There is plenty to do. Can recommend without restrictions!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.
