Very nice apartment, complete with everything, very well maintained. Quiet area with all amenities, bus stop a few meters away and train that allows you to get to Cagliari in a few minutes. Roberta is always friendly and available. Really nice discovery!

The perfect location, not the busyness from the city centre but close enough to walk there. The accommodation was incredible and bigger then it seems the living room is a big plus and bathroom realy nice

Giulia was absolutely fantastic! Our flight arrived in Cagliari around 1am, but Giulia had no problem meeting us despite the late hour. She was so kind and welcoming, even bringing a snack to help us settle in and start our holiday off. She made everything feel easy and stress-free from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. From giving us tips on local restaurants and beaches, to helping us find the Airbnb and answering any questions we had during our stay. Whenever we reached out, she responded quickly and was always eager to help, which made us feel really well taken care of. The Airbnb itself was spotless, quiet, and modern. The apartment had everything we needed. Even though the street outside can be a little lively at night, the apartment stayed very peaceful and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Cagliari. We honestly couldn’t recommend Giulia and her place more. Definitely a 5-star experience.

We felt right at home at Paolo’s place. He welcomed us personally and showed us around. The bedroom in the cave is definitely the highlight. Restaurants, shopping etc. is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in Cagliari, equipped with all comforts, also for the beach and for a long stay. Quiet area with easy parking. Cristina was a very helpful and attentive host to every detail.

I’ll try to keep this short. Sardinia felt a breeze, and was a relaxing trip greeted by local friendliness from start to finish, and Marco was a big part of that. This AirBnB was 100% the best decision. And in the most ideal location possible - the super market opposite is more essential than you think. We could grab some snacks and drinks whenever we wanted, or even buy some ingredients to cook something in the flat when wanting to relax in the flat with the cool A/C and smart TV setup. It was such a touch to have the bus stations to town, marina, and the beach right by the door…and all 5-10 mins journey max! Marco is proactive, friendly, and makes sure the flat delivers to expectations. Grazie mille for going above and beyond, to ensure we had a good experience with Sardinia. Ciao, Sam and Sophie

What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! Place and wonderful!!! Beach in front of the house. Perfectly clean house. All the things inside are made precisely for the project of Andrea who wanted to show the culture and traditions of Sardinia and landscapes in the incredible photos. Andrea is a special person. You rarely meet people like him on your life's journey. He explained everything to us calmly and was always available. And that's not all. We talked about many things. I think if we had more time, a dinner together would be a great pleasure... Thank you for everything and for the beautiful things we could experience in these few days. A big hug, Andrea. Paolo was great host. He welcomed us super warmly. The apartment was as described and we didn't lack anything. From the terrace, you had a wonderful view of the sea.

The host was nice, welcoming and came up with an incredibly useful list of recommendations for beaches, restaurants, bars and other things to do in and around Cagliari. I've hardly been to a wedding. Perhaps the biggest challenge was that the car I was traveling with was in the largest size to drive in the narrow streets through the old town. Otherwise, it wasn't difficult to find parking in the nearby area. Cagliari was a nice and cozy city with plenty of nice beaches in the area and in the city. I would recommend a visit to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorenza’s apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Fiorenza was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she gave us so many great tips for trips and things to see in the area, which made our stay even more special. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily come back anytime.

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari within 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. So glad we found Daniele’s lovely apartment! It was the perfect place to stay in Cagliari. Inside, it was quiet and spotlessly clean, with good air conditioning. Outside, it was ideally located, conveniently close to the main streets of the city centre for eating and exploring. Daniele was a great host, very friendly and always quick to respond to messages. He also shared lots of local recommendations, which we enjoyed during our stay (particularly the amazing pastry shop just up the street!). Top recommendations from us - we hope to stay again!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, Erika was always available and asked if we were doing well and if anything was missing. There was beer and water and juices available as a welcome. There was also milk, yogurts, croissants, etc. for breakfast. You can reach Cagliari and its surroundings within 15 to 20 minutes by car. The morning and evening stay on the terrace was very pleasant. Everything was very cozy.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!
