Charming apartment in one of the most prestigious noble palaces in Catania, Palazzo del Toscano, located in the very central Via Etnea and Piazza Stesicoro. The palace is within walking distance of the city's major historical sites. Below the house are subway, bus, taxi. The house, which is approximately 120 sqm, is elegantly furnished with antique furniture and typical Sicilian objects and is equipped with all the comforts. Ideal place to go around the city but also to enjoy the Catania life.

Just 500 meters from the sea stands LA FATTORIA SUL MARE surrounded by donkeys, goats and chickens, houses for bees. A restored farmhouse consisting of three independent apartments. The farm is equipped with all the comforts to relax, disconnect from everyday stress and provides all the services to make children happy or to work remotely. You can also visit the ancient olive oil mill located on the property (free of charge).
