The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location but still ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and magnificent mountain views. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within walking distance. Hospitable taverns, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to give insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

Located in the traditional village of Theologos ,Thassos. LINόS is located near the center of the village but away of the noise, it will provibe a peacefull accomodation. It's only 10km away from the sea and that means a 10' drive through a lovely road surrounded by pine trees. The 520m2 of the property will gives you a sense of traquility and calmness to your family. If you have PETS ,it will be the ideal house for them because the whole estate is surrounded by a stonewall with fence.

Το νεοδόμητο διαμέρισμα αποπερατώθηκε το Μάιο του 2025 και βρίσκεται δέκα λεπτά από την διάσημη παραλία των Αμμόλοφων. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δυο μονά, μπάνιο με wc και ντουζιέρα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, ενιαίο σαλόνι με smart tv και καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει επιπλέον μεγάλη βεράντα με πανέμορφη θέα . Ιδανικό για 4 έως 6 ατομα.

Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.
