El alojamiento estaba situado muy cerca de la playa. En las inmediaciones había muchos comercios locales, además de supermercados y una farmacia abierta 12 horas. Además, había una zona para poder sacar a pasear a la mascota.

Alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar de Gijón y su playa. Casa cómoda con todo lo imprescindible. Fácil llegada y comunicación con la propietaria. Repetiremos

A really nice sized apartment for our family of 4, with great views of the incredible town of Ribadesella. We loved our stay and would choose Cristina’s place again if we visit in the future.

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

La comunicación con Antolina fue muy sencilla. En todo momento respondía rápidamente a los mensajes y preguntas. Pudimos entrar antes de la hora porque la casa estaba perfectamente preparada. Se aparca super fácil en la propia calle. Está al lado de un pequeño puerto y a escasos metros andando del centro del pueblo y a unos 20 minutos andando ( o 4 en coche) de la playa. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario. Antolina ha sido muy amable en nuestra estancia. Repetiremos seguro.

Apartamento acojedor y tranquilo, con mucho servicio, la cocina expectacular, las camas cómodas, se ventilaba bien, pues daba a la ría y a un patio amplio, lo malo el 3° sin ascensor y que por la mañana había olores a comida, probablemente por el restaurante, pero como he dicho se ventilaba muy bien

La ubicación de la casa es ideal para pasar un fin de semana en grupo. Casa amplia, decorada con muy buen gusto y con todo los utensilios necesarios. Ubicada en un lugar muy tranquilo y a apenas 5 minutos caminando de una pequeña cala. Volvería sin dudarlo.

We had a fantastic week in Jose’s apartment in Luanco. Jose was such an amazing host. He was so helpful before and during our trip. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He brought us to the apartment, gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations and local tips. This was invaluable. Knowing that Jose was only a phone call away gave us great peace of mind. The apartment is like being on a ship. You are overlooking the sea and the beautiful harbour area. We spent hours on the balcony eating and sunbathing. It was beautifully decorated with quality fittings- and was immaculately clean. The apartment is so private and luxurious. The smart TV was perfect to log into YouTube and to cast. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked full dinners here on several nights. Location was perfect- in a quiet area - minutes walk away from shops, bars and restaurants. Parking was easy in the nearby streets. The beach is in front of the apartment too. Luanco is such a lovely town. Highly recommended.

Amazing holiday home for careful families and friends. Very comfortable beds, and funcional bathrooms. The kitchen was a dream. The swimming pool and BBQ pool were a bonus. Our thanks to Alvaro and Miriam, who made sure everything was up to 5⭐️standard.

Rustige prachtige woning en interessante locatie. Tapia is een prachtig, lieflijk dorpje omgeven door aantrekkelijke stranden.

Preciosa casa, singularmente asturiana y llena de libros a disposición de los clientes. Anfitrión pendiente, amable y disponible siempre para ayudar con sus acertadas recomendaciones. Asturias maravilloso, como siempre, especialmente sus playas y su gastronomía. Recomendable 100%

We had 6 nights in this large and rural house. It’s perfect for family stays with 3 separate bedrooms but the main attraction is outside, there is so much outside seating / dining with the pool, trampoline and play house. It’s in a very quiet area, really the only passing people are there to see the bufones. It was hard to locate the house initially but after that, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. A great, relaxing stay!

El piso de Frsncisco está ideal para pasar unos días en familia. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, y lo tienen muy bien mantenido. Y Francisco super atento en todo momento desde wl principio. Da gusto ir a un alojamiento así.

El alojamiento coincidía con la descripción y las fotos. Un lugar tranquilo para pasar un fin de semana con amigos. Patricia fue muy amable y nos dio varias recomendaciones. Repetiría sin duda.

Todo va estupendo. Estás como en casa. Las dueñas son muy amables y muy atentas. La casa está genial bien cuidada y al mínimo detalle. Volveremos seguro.

This was one of the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. As an allergic person I am always watching to see if the property has a 5* for the cleaning part. This did and it was beyond expectations- super clean and the shower gel was hypoallergenic as well. the apartment is super big and bright and Tatiana was adorable. She answered in real time to all my concerns. The position is great-minutes waking from all major points and it even has a parking near the apartment. thank you, Tatiana! 😀 if I am coming back to Gijon, I will pick this stay again. 10/10.

Right in the center of the old town, close to both beaches and a lot of food. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Fijne dagen in verrassend Gijón. Vanaf 5 hoog zie je dehondjes op het strand, de surfers in zee, het verveelt nooit. Leuke stad en het appartement ligt op een prima plek.

Muchas gracias, Tico! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön trotz altem Gebäude - das hat total Charme. ☺️ Vor dem Fenster hört man die friedlichen Schafe und man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Tico war sehr kommunikativ und freundlich. Die Anfahrt funktioniert mit einem Campervan gut, ein grösseres Auto passt allerdings nicht durch die engen Gassen. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt!

Great place right at the beachfront. Everything you need is there. I like it when an apartment has a washing machine, this cuts down on the amount of clothing you have to bring. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious. As mentioned before though, if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring some ear plugs. WiFi was fast and reliable, more important for me than the TV. Check-in was done in person by Pilar, who was very friendly and thorough in explaining everything and brought some welcome cookies. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are in walking distance. Very much appreciated was the shop with automated storage lockers right next door. Also, if you come here to work (like I did), there is a great coworking space a five minute walk away - WAX as in Work Arena Xixon. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.

La casa está genial. Es muy acogedora y está muy limpia. Nosotros no hicimos ninguna comida en la casa pero por lo que vimos había todo tipo de utensilios para cocinar. Además de los detalles de Nieves! La comunicación ha sido estupenda. Y lo mejor de la casa esa terraza con vistas a la ría!! Para ver la zona de Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc muy bien situada. Casa muy recomendable!!

La casetta di Irma si trova in un angolo di paradiso, tra scogliere scoscese, spiagge nascoste e onde che lasciano senza fiato. Si può visitare facilmente la zona e raggiungere in pochi minuti i borghi vicini e le passeggiate lungo la costa. La casa è molto grande e comoda. Noi eravamo in due, ma anche per famiglie è perfetta! Ha tutto, abbiamo apprezzato la presenza della lavatrice che ci ha permesso di ripartire con gli abiti puliti per il nostro viaggio nelle Asturie! Ottimo anche il parcheggio dentro il cancello e la discesa verso il porticciolo! Irma è stata gentilissima e carinissima! Grazie per tutto!
