Animals are present in nature (ants/spiders sometimes in the house -wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night around the area) and any event connected to these animals are not seen as price reductory factors, please consider this when booking! Price is for the gr. fl. only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

Az első hálószobában 1 franciaágy, a második hálószobában 4 db 90 cm ágy, a harmadik hálószobában egy kihúzható ágy van. A konyha teljes mértékben felszerelt. A nappalit a terasszal üvegajtók kötik össze. Nagy kert van, játszótérrel.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Balatoni panorámás családi házunk Alsóörs hangulatos, csendes részén helyezkedik el. Az éttermek, a falu központ és a strand kb. 900 méterre található. Közelben hangulatos kiránduló helyek, kilátók vannak, szívesen szervezünk naplemente vitolás túrát és bor kóstolót egy közelben lévő hangulatos borpincében.
